Sometimes I do garlic first, other times, onion first and there are times, I sauté them at the same time. Right? Why won’t it taste the same as our mom’s? But honestly. most of my cooking is based on the videos I see online. I haven’t paid much attention on how my mother cooks. :(

I eliminated sea foods and sea weeds in my diet as advised by my endocrinologist but as for others like gluten, dairy and other foods that are not good for hyperthyroidism and grave’s, I just limit my intake. I take what is helping me the most is being mindful with stress.

Though the one that got inside my flat, not sure if he has an owner. Still thinking every now and then that I should just let him stay with me.

Hahaha me too. The plants are owned by my landlady. How about indoor plants, do you have some? At home, my mother also has a lot of plants.
