整體覺得難度如何

登頂時間不會差太多！最累就是主峰那段路，運動的話我的建議至少一個月以上的有氧運動對登山較有幫助！
如果花兩三個月規律運動我想登頂都不是難事！
但沒運動就去的話要慎思
