no soy un diseñador experto, disculpa la duda, como haces para que al avanzar el material la lamina no choque con el siguiente bloque? entre el primer y segundo doblez de la pestaña

Afortunadamente el diseño se prestó para crear un plano inclinado, la fuerza de avance debe ser suficiente para deslizar la tira por ese plano.
