Funny thing about environmental stuff, that nuclear power plant is actually more environmentally friendly than almost any other form of power production. Thanks M Night
You know as a kid it was terrifying seeing this movie because of the suicides and what not. But now I consider it being in the library of comedy entertainment.
If you want _good_ jumpscares, David Lynch is the man. The terror he infuses the viewer with goes far beyond shock and he usually holds on whatever it is, instead of cutting around the scare, just for sensory overload.
I remember this moving giving me nightmares as a kid. The only scene I've seen of it is the one where they ram into a tree and that one person go flying, and seeing that as a little 8 year old girl... yeahhh that freaked me out to say the least. Tbh that scene still freaks me out
I watched this when i was 15 and even i asked myself "why was he talking to a plastic plant?", probably the funniest thing is that this movie confirmed the thought that "Lady in the Water" started about Shyamalan: "Did he got Lucky with Sixth Sense and Unbreakable?"
9:30 Those are Nuclear Powerplants. That's not smoke, it's *STEAM.* Nuclear is one of, if not _the_ most clean energy sources we've come across so far. It's basically just extreme steam-engines powered by radioactive materials putting out heat via fission. No air-born pollutants (like coal/oil), no animals getting caught in the "crossfire" (like some solar, and hydro), and the harmful bi-products can be safely stored in such a way that it'll not harm the environment should it just be done correctly...
I wouldn't consider the happening a horror but more sci-fi. If you want a horror that doesn't really do the jump scares but will leave you with an uneasy feeling, I suggest the exorcist. It's old and a little dated but the make up and practical effects to this day dominate anything CGI has been able to do in my opinion. I'd like to see what you think of it.
if you want a good jumpscare id recommend Mulholland Drive (the jumpscare scene is all on youtube, would recommend watching al 10-15 mins for maximum buildup)
My mother met Zoey Deschanel or however you spell it, back before this movie came out and she had told my mom what the twist was, that the plants were doing it, and I told my mom, she was fucking with her because that's so stupid. You know, for as hilarious as this film is, I must confess I was genuinely scared (or at least unsettled) when I first watched the film. I don’t know, there’s something about the premise alone that ticks all my boxes.
I have always been bothered by the fact that the man getting his arm ripped off by a lion just stands there extending his arm towards the lion like that's the lion's lunch. Fucking hell

I really want to see it. I remember seeing trailers for it before all the theaters closed. I guess I got to break down and VOD it.
@@SoWhosGae NO... what the name again? Pleeeaseee
Saint Maud or chef's kiss?...sorry, Im from Portugal, didnt get the "twist" of words. Thank u.
Best timing ever!!!
As soon as Pig said "there's no way this movie will be about plants getting mad at people-"
I got an ad for a plant based burger.
Funny thing about environmental stuff, that nuclear power plant is actually more environmentally friendly than almost any other form of power production. Thanks M Night
You know as a kid it was terrifying seeing this movie because of the suicides and what not. But now I consider it being in the library of comedy entertainment.
Oh no it's happening again! *The* Happening!
the lawnmower scene traumatized me as a kid lmfao. was legitimately freaked out to go on my lawn because one might come out and get me
That was a horror movie? I hate horror movies but watch them anyway but u don’t remember being scared when I saw this 😂
If you want _good_ jumpscares, David Lynch is the man. The terror he infuses the viewer with goes far beyond shock and he usually holds on whatever it is, instead of cutting around the scare, just for sensory overload.
You should talk about a TV show called invincible its so damn good
I remember this moving giving me nightmares as a kid. The only scene I've seen of it is the one where they ram into a tree and that one person go flying, and seeing that as a little 8 year old girl... yeahhh that freaked me out to say the least. Tbh that scene still freaks me out
Remember seeing the trailer for this in the cinema and being really intrigued. Pretty disappointed when I finally saw it on tv.
I was watching the 'Omen' remake in a theater & thought to myself "I was right, kids ARE evil" & got the giggles, I couldn't stop!! 😂😂🤣
I watched this movie not too long ago. It was ridiculous.
I watched this when i was 15 and even i asked myself "why was he talking to a plastic plant?", probably the funniest thing is that this movie confirmed the thought that "Lady in the Water" started about Shyamalan: "Did he got Lucky with Sixth Sense and Unbreakable?"
I guess the only thing to say is... it happened.
Mulholland Drive has one of the best jump scares I’ve ever seen. It’s all about the build up. There’s a really good one in The Others too.
My mother met Zoey Deschanel or however you spell it, back before this movie came out and she had told my mom what the twist was, that the plants were doing it, and I told my mom, she was fucking with her because that's so stupid. Then I saw the movie and was like, ohhh, its just that stupid and she was just trying to warn my mother not to see it lol.
The guy leaving his young daughter to go find his wife has to be one of the most awful and asinine choices I’ve seen in a movie. How the f*ck would you leave your child in an apocalyptic event?!?
You know, for as hilarious as this film is, I must confess I was genuinely scared (or at least unsettled) when I first watched the film. I don’t know, there’s something about the premise alone that ticks all my boxes.
Imagine a horror movie that's a comedy and the jump scare is a guy pooping close up of his rear end butt
I definitely watched this as a comedy
The scene where that guy slowly puts out a shotgun to one of the kids head then blasts him is my favourite
Thank goodness, I’ve binge watched your older videos like this a million times and I was just like.. when is he gonna upload next? 🤣

I have always been bothered by the fact that the man getting his arm ripped off by a lion just stands there extending his arm towards the lion like that's the lion's lunch. Fucking hell
I always thought it was really funny.
@@VforVendettas Lol same
The ryobi mower ad for this was pretty on point. Right has he starts talking about the plants getting angry and killing people. Lawnmower ad."Start a revolution" lol.
Then back to the video and he's got a plant covering his face."The revolution has begun" 😂
Came to see this faster than the wind 🌬️
The best part of this review was getting a lawn mower commercial during the clip of a man getting run over by a lawn mower. TH-cam know what its audience wants to see in an ad lol 😆
Hotdog man reminds me of nick cage
I thought the same thing xD
Right !
The honeybee thing.... Honeybees aren't fucking native anyway, as an entomologist, they are not the bees everyone should be saving (mostly because they don't need saving as they're almost all farmed)
I saw that horror movie ranking, and question: Where are any of the Friday the 13th movies?
I am just happy in his horror Ranking he put Army of Darkness at the top. Undeniable masterpiece ✨️

I love the shot with the cooling towers, trying to say its harming the environment. Bruh, that's literally just water vapor lmao
