I do that as well from time to time. Funny enough I loot the dragon guard chest religiously, but the others I tend to miss from time to time. :)

Ah yes, at the belkarth event grounds. Located just across from the luxury vender, and next to the impresario.

I've used MM (Master Merchant) for 9 years, but with the recent patch I have switched to ATT (Arkadias Trade Tools) and I really like it more and more as the weeks have gone on. :)
