I criticized the Uwaezuoke interview very vehemently. I want to sincerely commend this one from the bottom of my heart. The interviewer was highly professional and respectful. He brought out the best in Mama Theresa Onuorah. I watched everything with rapt attention. God bless you 🙏
A very disappointing interview and a waste of time consequent upon missed opportunity to address and clarify the numerous rumours that surrounded Theresa Onuorah's life and career. 1) her age or date of birth. 2) her village or her ancestral home 3) was she ever married and if yes, who was her husband and children 4) is she api's real biological mother 5) did she have a relationship with the late pericomo that birthed , Speed Darlington as spread widely on social media. 6) why do some people rumour that she is either into the occult or marine kingdom. The interviewer shouldn't be starstruck to ask such questions listed above because this kind of interviews helps in preserving history in it's truest form validated by the horse's mouth instead of later non eye witnesses. Ugwumba I urge you to go for the jugular in your interviews so long as it doesn't suffocate the subject. Igbo kwenu!
Sorry to have disappointed you. first i must admit that your points are valid but i will try to explain. 1. The interview/program was not originally meant for social media but a television program with particular focus on mentoring Igbo youths through the life stories of the guest. 2. We had limited time and it was quite difficult bringing her out especially with the security situation in Anambra and Igboland and so we had to stick to the original purpose and couldn't even exhaust our questions before time up. 3. Some of the questions you raised here would be much better for a gossip magazine or other unscripted programs. Such questions no doubt would have trended more on social media too. Yes they are important too but you also need to build confidence before venturing into certain areas unannounced. 4. I promise that in our next outing we will treat some of your points here having gained full access now. 5. The interviewer wasn't starstruck but only sticking to the set goals. Finally, we love your comment and promise to do better next time. Daalu nwanne
Indeed, Egedege of Unubi - Theresa Onuora, Orji Ugo Nwaofoneta, Obele Nkochi Efe and others 1980 was magical. I remember being asked to come and listen to a new album at a friends provision store When I got there , people were already gathering. We played the songs over and over and over; passers by would stop and join us until the store clossed at 9pm. Egwu eji ejemba indeed.
Her voice is so sweet

We were told as kids that if you take picture of her,it will come out blank.
Such stories abound but we now know better. Very funny
I used to be afraid of this woman
An image was created around her then. You are right
