You did a good job of giving Plo Koon a sufficiently villainous vibe in this entire story.
What if Dooku and Sidious were switched, Dooku the Master Sidious the apprentice.
Very interesting theory
Easy. It would be the same with Darth Plagueis. Sidious was smarter, stronger and better than Dooku. Except maybe as a Duelist.

Even as sith, Plo Koon is still the best and even more bad apples. Crazy to think that one of the greatest Jedi masters would actually be way more effective as the ruler of the sith and the galaxy itself.
Just imagine Plo saying "the dark side is a pathway to many abilities some consider unnatural" to Anakin instead of Palpatine
considering he welding the light side lighting yeah i can totally see Anakin falling to the dark side.
I like this story, though I feel it could use more conflict or difficulty for The Sith Plo/Morris; and it feels like he consistantly wins with very minor setbacks
I agree but at the same time, that kind of happened to Palpatine during the entire saga.
It might be a bit too much like this one, but:

What if Yoda was trained by the redeemed Revan?
The duality and balace of light and dark from Revan would make for a fascinating tale.

Ashoka as a night sister would be an exceedingly curious story to listen too.
Man, Dooku and Ahsoka would make such a bizarre duo, either he'd corrupt Ahsoka to the dark, or she'd drag him back to the light, that or they'd end up meeting somewhere in the middle after discussing the flaws of the jedi, and also the sith, resulting in Dooku stepping away from the dark side and them following a new path following the living force or something..

Day 26 of asking for one of these
First this idea of a what if video that is like a choose your own adventure, where we get to effect the choices of the characters and we get multiple different endings. (for one of my what ifs that this could work well with is number three of what if Cal and Merrin had a daughter, because then we can make the decision of her path and have multiple endings, some good some bad then the viewers can see which one they get
1) what if the Sith Empire returned during the High Republic era.
2) another one of my favorites what if Jyn Erso survived combined with what if Jyn Erso met and fell in love with Luke Skywalker, (I know that is technically two but it's an interesting idea for a what if especially considering how many people were theorizing that Jyn Erso was going to be Luke's wife in canon and the mother of Ray during the lead up to Rogue one).
3) what if Cal Kestic and Merrin had a daughter, (Jedi/Nightsister hybrid who tries to stick to the light but uses her Nightsister magic when under severe pressure in combat).
4) just to see what happens what if the Daughter from the Mortis ark was a Jedi.
5) what if Ezra and Sabine had a child
6) What if Luke Skywalker fell in love with Doctor Aphra
7) what if Padme was enslaved by the Hutts during the Clone wars
8) what if Bo-Katan and Din Djaran fell in love during Mandalorian season 3 (like the original idea)
9) what if the Malevolence didn't get destroyed
10) what if Padme was forced to marry for the Republic during the clone wars
11) what if Galius Rax was at Endor
12) what if Padme was made a prisoner of war during the clone wars? (this could be combined with number 9)
1 and 2 and 3 are my favorite ones and so is the choose your own style
I am doing my version of what if Jyn Erso survived combined with what if Jyn met and fell in love with Luke Skywalker on AO3. Though it’s in drafts right now getting worked on, I have just completed chapter one of it

One big mistake here, Plo Koon is 300+ years old in the clone wars in Kel Dor years not standard years. When Plo told Anakin his age in Kel Dor years Kit fisto then laughed and called Plo a jokester, stating that Kel Dor only live to around 70 in standard years. Common misconception but Plo is not nearly as old as most fans think he is.
Damn, I was kinda hoping for an epic dual between Windu and Plo.

This is awesome stories like how the story started off with Plo Koon and like how Plo Koon actually became a Sith Lord and especially that Plo Koon actually fixed something with Sith Order that believe was problem that reason they failed and why they disappear and find interesting that he pretty did what Darth Bane pretty much make a new path for Sith Order and like how Plo Koon was Sith Lord/Spy underneath The Jedi Order nose the whole time and like that Plo Koon defeated Darth Plagueis master but kept Darth Plagueis as his apprentice and love how Plo Koon turned tables on Darth Sidious in front of Darth Plagueis and Darth Maul,Savage Opress and Feral Opress so nice touch and speak Zabrak brothers like that Maul,Savage and Feral get stayed together and that Plo Koon and Darth Plagueis and Darth Sidious because they kinda deserve it but hope Marrin and Asajj Ventress survived and like how Plo Koon was able turned the Jedi Order to the Sith Order so it awesome stories but wish Ahsoka Tano and other Younglings didn't died in story so awesome work Pente Patrol Star Wars

I think Dooku and Qui Gon would have been much better at sensing the growing Darkness. Dooku was obsessed with defeating the Sith after all, and I think he would have known something was off. Especially since Qui Gon was so attuned with the force and recieved visions through it.
That, combined with Mace Windu's Shatterpoint ability likey always targeting Plo, I think they would have figured something out, at least enough to survive in the end.
U should do a sequel to this, have the force create Anakin, have Obi-Wan as a lower level sith acolyte, and the two of them lead a rebirth of the Jedi to face this sith empire in the generations after Moris’ death…. Maybe with Darth Krayt now leading the Empire?
