The premise of this game is so retarded: "So you failed to conquer Vekta, we kicked you out, we even defeated you on your own planet... Now here is half of our planet as a reward, especially because you are well known to commit warcrimes." Why did Vekta agreed to such terms? Isn't it implied that 90% of Helgan forces were whiped out while Vekta still has a pretty decent army and the UCN on it's side? And it's not like the destruction of Helghast is a direct concequence of Vektan forces: Sthal was literally planning to destroy Earth with those weapons and the Terracide is the direct concequnces of trying to field extremely unstable weapons. It feels so gimmicky, like "yeah so after WW2 in space we wanted to make the Cold War in space, so here is a Berlin Wall methaphor out of nowere".
As far as I read about it, I think it was like this: The UCN essentially forced Vekta to give half the planet to the Helghast. Still doesn't make any goddamn sense. What would have made more sense would have been a rebuild Helghast War Machine trying a second shot at conquering Vekta. Coming from outside the system, out of their second exile.

Unfortunately this doesn't look like an early PS4 game but a early PS5 game. But Horizon forbidden west looks like a PS4 game 😢. I hope guerrilla brings back a new Killzone and also remakes the existing ones too.
Sadly no the PS5 isn't backwards compatible with ps3, you can play them using PlayStation now but that's streaming ps3 games on your ps5 so they'll be the same game as they are here
Who cares like literally who cares it supposed to be a cinematic gameplay featuring 4K in 60fps can you just shut up and appreciate it what does the difficulty have anything to do with it, I rather see the entire gameplay footage in good quality then see a screen with the bloody damage effect of getting shot so much through the entirety of the 5hrs, im an Xbox player I don’t have a ps4 which is why I’m here. Videos like this are targeted towards people like me, an audience like Me. Not competitive gameplay in veteran difficulty. and he also probably did this one sitting and took him hours to edit, play through, and upload. Why the hell would he put him self through hell extending the time. Just shut up please
The game looks great, but gameplay wise... Killzone 1-3 were war games, chaotic often with friendlies around you. This game you were suddenly some james bond kind of guy. It's no wonder this was the last one... they just completely missed the mark with this one. Oh and also the story made no sense. The humans clearly won from the Helghast, so why would they allow the Helghast to arrive on Vekta with a full military lead the evacuation etc.
The humans are not one single group in killzone. Vekta and the ISA are under the jurisdiction of the UCN. The UCN has many colonies and vekta is one of them, the ISA is their marine corps. The ISA invasion of the helghan world in killzone 2 was not authorized by the UCN. So when the planet blew up it was basically a terrorist act/ war crime. The refugees were given safe haven on vekta by the UCN as retribution for the war crimes.
