the EXACT thing happened to me with UPS earlier this year when my boyfriend and i went to a wedding. dress i bought first didn’t come, order was canceled without telling me. so i buy this jumpsuit with 2 day shipping from lulus…doesn’t come. i call UPS. they’re like yeah it’ll come tomorrow. it doesn’t. i call again and then they basically say oh ok 2 more days. so i contact lulus and get a refund for the 25$ SHIPPING?? that i paid for. the jumpsuit didn’t come in time, and UPS delivered it to a nearby collection point😐
