That’s an amazing interchange, transport fever freeways are a pain to make specifically interchanges and on and off ramps you’ve given me some good ideas to make mine look better
Thanks! I've come to learn that whatever space you think you need for an interchange or really any other project, double it and then it should be enough.
I am only five minutes into the video, but it looks like you could have saved A LOT of time on that elevated highway by using the , and . keys. If you don't know, they elevate or lower the starting point of the road/rail. So instead of trying thirty times to get the right slope for the start of a bridge segment, just press . three or four times and draw your straight spans, then connect all the corners up and you're done.
You're right, I could have saved a lot of time doing that instead. I was messing around with a zero height bridge mod so I could get the bridges a little bit lower than the game would usually allow and get a smoother transitions between ground and bridge. So that why I was struggling in the first part, I didn't realize how much time I was wasting while figuring it out haha. Thanks for the tips though!
@@ultimatearchitect I hope I didn't sound too critical. This is the first video I have seen of yours, it was randomly suggested by the algo. I really like the designs you have made and I am going to start from the beginning to see how they came to be.
Oh no you were not too critical, I was just explaining what I was doing in that moment since I never explained it in the video. I appreciate the tips even if I am already aware of them. Welcome to the channel though! I hope you enjoy the series!

24:15 Here, you could have made a trumpet intersection. Nice work!
Your highway junction would be easier if it was a round-a-bout.
This just made my day!
How are the airports doing? Love the freeway.😜
The airports are slowly getting more use. Not much expectations for it until we unlock faster planes.
From Texas? I see the little feeder road and turn in Houston 🤣
Bro fell to GM
But fr its intresting how highways usually are laid out halfway like rail lines

Did the new snapping feature not work for making parallel roads?
The snapping does work for making parallel roads. I was just having trouble at the start getting exactly what I wanted it to do.
Did you know you can raise and lower your road/track with , and . ?
