Hello my beautiful fam welcome back to my kitchen. Today I’m going to share with you all how to make a super easy and delicious sopa de fideo. A delicious soup that is perfect for a cold, rainy day or just perfect to have it everyday 😅 it’s just simply delicious by itself of topped with some of your favorite toppings! Remember that we all have our own ways to cook and I’m just simply sharing with you how I cook. Ingredients:
7 1/2 oz of fideo
4 tbsp vegetable oil
4 Roma tomatoes
1/2 white small onion
2 garlic cloves
Small bunch of fresh parsley
1 package of sazón Goya
1 chicken bouillon
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt to your liking
6 cups of water you can also use chicken broth
1 serving of love 💕

I just made this with your ingredients 💛 I used cilantro bc I didn’t have parsley 🤩. I had a pot of beans and added beans to my soup too it is delicious! This is my all time favorite soup. Kids love it

I love making fideo for my kids..they love it..I use the fideo vermecilli because it's a lot thinner and smaller pieces..so yummy! Thanks for sharing the way you make yours 😘
I just use canned tomato sauce when I’m lazy but sometimes I make my own tomato sauce it always taste better! & I add homemade salsa sometimes even frijoles de la holla & cheese so good! I can’t forget the lime I grew up putting lime on everything😍

i love this dish, especially when it has ground beef (sometimes i make it from taco meat and sometimes i just season the ground beef with some soy sauce & steak seasoning) & those adorable little concha pasta shells, slivers of green peppers & onion and sprinkle of the kraft parmesan cheese (the one in the green can) ❤️
