What's up?" he looked so innocent and almost childlike there and it was excellent. "We used to be friends." Alright, hear me out. What if, before the stream, Gordon WAS Gordon. He had his own life, past, wants, dreams, and goals. But once the stream started, Gordon's body was taken over and Benrey remembers those times he spent with Gordon because to him they actually happened. But Gordon doesn't remember them because he's not "Gordon" anymore! That or I'm really baked.
I think Bubby and Benrey were the only ones that knew that, that's why Benrey wanted to follow him, and that's why Bubby was such an asshole sometimes. But Coomer doesn't actually know everything about Gordon he din't noticed that and thought it was normal as for Tommy his innocence was too much for it.
I love how Gordon is like "I can't move! My legs are stuck!" And then as soon a Benry is like "Hug?" the pure fear causes Gordon to break free, just to escape the hug.
The moment after gordon yells "it's you man!" And benrey has that mini panic attack n then scrambles to cover it up and act like he didn't understand the intent of gordon's statement
i like it, i always imagined him being much more, sarcastically enthusiastic about it, like that condescending villain smirk they give the hero in the early 2010's disney movies

I really feel like benry thought Gordon was his friend, Especially because near the end he says that the skeletons are his friends that he met on psn, And in act 3 when of the skeleton's passports Says "you", and points at Gordon, showing that he thinks they're friends, but Gordon thinking more and more thought the series that he's a bad guy forces the game to make him be bad, After all the game is meant to Shape itself around the Players experience in this fictional version of it.

I like that you drew Gordon's legs being frozen as him literally being trapped by the tentacles. And tommy drinking a soda with his Black Mesa Silly Straw™ during this high stress situation. Goddd and all the little things Benrey does in the background like hitting his head and interacting with the islands.
