Love this floor plan! The office/back bedroom and bath are perfect, and there is plenty of space in the living area. I don't love the black backsplash, so I hope they have it in a different color. But overall, it's really gorgeous!
I can’t say that I am a fan of the backsplash and ohhhhhhhh, they used it EVERYWHERE! I have nothing against black; this particular style, however, is not at all to my taste. 😖 It’s too bad that none of the shelves in the cupboards are adjustable as I like being able to maximize the space. Did you notice that the crown moulding in the main bathroom doesn’t come flush to the doorframe? That seems like an error, imo. Why is there carpet in the bedroom? C’mon Riverstone, aren’t we all past that, ESPECIALLY in a camper? Rugs can be taken outside and beaten to get them clean, but carpet is just blechhhhhhhh. I know it doesn’t sound like it, but I am actually quite a fan of this rig. The floorplan is OUTSTANDING! I absolutely love the room at the back; I would use that desk for crafting and my hobbies and hubby could use the Murphy bed when he is snoring too loudly. 😂 Seriously, I really do like this RV. She’s a long girl, but downsizing from a smallish home to an RV will be a rough path at times. That back room is fantastic so people can have space for some “me time” without someone being relegated to sit on the bed. The things that I don’t like I could remedy pretty easily and for not terrible amounts of money, with the exception of the crown moulding in the bathroom. I believe that one is a punch list item that the dealership should rectify. Am I correct when I say that this rig is built for full-timers?
I really like this model! I don't care for where the door to the second bedroom/office is, but I don't see a good alternative. And yes, a railing for the second set of steps is a necessity. But otherwise, I really like this one! 😁

I wonder why they didnt turn the back door the other way so you're not having to zig zag around the vanity in the hidden bathroom area?! I love the office/ murphy bed combo. The wood looks okay but the backsplash is too masculine, thise black marble things show water stains and stuff easily too. I dont like those windows with the t shape in the middle... I understand thw practicality of them but it breaks up the view outside. I'd much rather have a full slider window. I would love to see thise window covers that are up down, meaning you can lower then so only see out the top and the bottom 1/2 of the window is still covered for privacy or you can open them frm thw bottom up. I DON'T like that black glass, it reminds me of 1980. I like the light flooring, very pretty. Love the big fridge!! Again hate the black backsplash, does anyone like that? I dont get why anyone would choose that. I dont like a atove smashed up against something, too hard to cook with it like that, but the oven itself is totally awesome! I think they could have switched the kitchen & living room and put an actual door for the bedroom and it would hust flow better and then the person in the back bedroom wouldnt have noise from the tv bothering them as much. The price!!!! Choke!!
Both my wife and I think the backsplash is really ugly in the 5th wheel and not a fan of the darker cabinets. I would not want this unit just because of these 2 main reasons. I also do not like how they made the dresser so tall on the right side in the main bedroom below the TV.

We like a medium toned wood. We've lived with dark wood from the 70s til 3-4 yrs ago. Now back to very dark? LOVE THIS FLOORPLAN.
