So nice to have my attention drawn to the fact that I am simply the observer of my thoughts. I am not my thoughts. They have been engulfing me the past few days and I needed that reminder. Lovely ...thank you

Been practicing with your meditations for a couple months and this is definitely one of my favorite ones (was really able to focus and re-focus on the main sounds in this) Thanks for all of your hard work and help for all!

Yes. We are more than the abstract impulse of our thoughts. The expression of consciousness found in the silence is parallel to the laws of nature. Thank you for the lovely meditation.

I feel this deeply. I am connected to my thoughts through observation. I do not have to be attached or bound to them.

Day 3 beginning to feel the difference between thought and I…the vibration overwhelms beautifully and quite an out of body sensation at times

The more I meditate, the more it changes. I still see chakra colours.
Thoughts are more manageable and being the observer if getting more the norm.

I’m not sure I’m getting the sensation that I’m about to fall asleep even dream. I panic a bit then “wake up”. Anyone else ever experience this?
