That disgusting sound is only coming from your mouth.
This is not created by speakers, but a resonator they put under the car, connect it to the ECU and most likely the exhaust system as well, to create a great sound on cars that don’t have great sound from factory.

It's just an exhaust app, it comes out the speakers

No it is not from speakers. It is created by a sound generator which is on the underside of the car, probably welded into the exhaust, and it creates a synthetic sound for your car, and it is not coming from the speakers
