About homebuyer survey, I would always appoint a RICS chartered surveyor to conduct a ‘Level 2 + Valuation’ survey for my own and take only the vendors’ one for reference as those provided are usually a Level 1 report which is something like what mortgagers do, the inspection is usually very preliminary. Just my 2 cents.

已經無這些法規，但樓價最好睇各大網站，以免接受錯誤信息，還有蘇格蘭買樓是不用 agent 或中介的， 1000多鎊搵一個有信譽一啲嘅律師已經搞掂哂所有。
