- The plaintiff and the defendant used to live together, but the plaintiff claims the defendant kicked her out of their home for no reason. The plaintiff alleges the defendant wouldn’t allow her to retrieve her belongings when she moved out, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant insists the plaintiff did get all of her belongings.

You're saying this as if nobody knows this already people would just snap their fingers and live all by themselves all the time if it was that easy what you're not saying is it's obvious that these women can't afford to live on their own and that's why they was quick to jump into a roommate situation. Of course they're going to both come in court and act like they got their 💩 together now but they wouldn't need a roommate to begin with if that was true. If it was two dudes you'd be clowning them and calling them Dusty's and making fun of the fact that they have to scramble around and try to find roommates to live with. Just saying keep the same energy when dealing with broke women.

Judge Mathis play too much, and doesn't know when his jokes dont land. The plaintiff was clearly not amused by his drug dealing antics, but judge just kept going. Even the crowd was barely laughing and they laugh and clap for anything.

Yeah. I definitely don’t think the police report proved the plaintiffs case at all based on what JM read. If anything it proved the defendants case. Maybe JM saw it as “why would she tell the police she still had things there if she really didn’t?” But I wish folks would know how to take a win and just stop talking when the case is going their way lol. It looked like it was going in the defendants favor before she decided to give him the police report.
