I see gaijin slowly turn into War Gaming, they’re not quite there yet because they can be pushed back but nearly. Also on console it’s way worse, there’s no way to fix the audio unlike on PC as far as my knowledge. The button layout is a** too. The only reason why I play this over world of tanks is because War Gaming put out unasked update after update and it’s destroyed the games.

The sad thing is premium players are known for 2 things 1. A bad player 2. Cheater, I own a bunch of premiums I’m not the most amazing player but I’m not useless either, 2-5 kills per match, and yet I’ve seen people call me a cheater just because I own premiums :/

They use to watch reports by real people back in the day because anti cheat software is garbage & has been for 2 decades & watching by eye was more effective to spot esp hacks. Yes I’m an old gamer 😂
the time gaijin own anti cheat was used. Gaijin was convinced it was impossible to cheat so it was very hard to convince them otherwise that's why there were so few bans and measuring the anti cheat effectiveness with the numbers of bans. is like measuring crime rate by only looking at people going to jail which is highly flawed

Don't worry, gaijun is pretty quick to fixing problems in regards to their game's security! If people found out how to cheat in a bunch of GE, gaijun would pretty much be on that almost immediately! Problem fixed, and accounts banned! I guess everything else in regards to their game is just not that important, and therefore doesn't matter. But then again, gaijun isn't really known to really fix anything in their game. Certainly not the botting problem, the cheating problem, gameplay balance, br compression, audio problems, server problems, volumetric problems, damage model problems, dead or almost completely vacant gamemodes and br brackets, I can go on. I guess all that isn't really important when you have a store to maintain, and top tier rosters and tech to add to keep the cash flowing.
@@IloveJellow Unfortunately, the vote with the wallet, actions speak louder than words, doesn't work on gaijun. Only because, most, or if not, the majority of the WT community, pump in more new money whenever these updates get pushed out. They dump in cash to either; boost to the new top tier tech, buy more premium time to grind, and or buy the new premiums that dropped to improve their grind. All the new things that are added, that are the highlights of the update, are just money sinks so that they can squeeze more out of their community. I've stopped giving them money years ago, but sadly im of the minority in the matter. Its a valid argument. But is rendered moot when you're of the vast minority in the matter. Especially so with WT.
@WTCheatShaming EAC isn’t necessarily bad but it can’t detect DMA cheats and it’s easy to do. They can only scan the computer that’s running the game, and a big thing with DMA is another computer is basically hardware streaming the cheat. And the only way to get to that is screenshots which they can bypass easily.

Gajin has handled cheaters quite poorly. In Gajin's defense though, I think something like 99% the cheating reports are completely bogus. Newer players, maybe playing higher tier premiums; or your WWII tanks. You see it in chat all the time, "reported." Hell, I've been accused of being hacker on several occasions; granted they were level 6 F4S players.
before they weren’t using eac other, they had their own anti cheat system that actually detects players mouse movement and flag players that has aimbot behaviors. The cheat was called ‘waroverlay’ which had stopped maintaining long ago. Shame on me but I once cheated with waroverlay in a sub account way back before they switched to eac, and I was using aimbot out ragingly. However, I got banned less than a week by their own anti cheat.
The cheat was developed by a Russian developer who was dedicated to solely on warthunder cheat since 2016. And the cheat was very smooth as if it were bringing the features in Arcade into RB. This alone beat almost all the cheats that developed by mainstream cheating software companies at the time.
@@WTCheatShaming but I doubt it’s the same developer. They’ve probably bought the source code for the cheat and even further reverse engineered the game since it’s been gaining vast popularity in the last 3 years.

@Kill-Dozer don't be obsessed. It's very, very rare to find a cheater in your match. This channel is just dedicated to finding them and getting them banned. It doesn't mean there's one in every session you play, friend!
Hey W.T.C.S I've seen some strange warthunder player that uses drones to mark enemy players and grounded hellicopters, then snipes them with BMP-2M's, BMD's, 2S38's and other artillery vehicals from the other side of the map with unusual levels of accuracy. dude it's not hard to do this, I've done it in the ikv-91-105 with HE , the minimap literally gives you a grid quare and a scale in bottom right then use the drone to help mark
if they were cheating, I'm not sure why they would bother with drones and doing grid-based math to determine range. It seems like so much work to pretend you aren't cheating when you could just... cheat without the drone or the math. Why would he be using target mark and changing distance/aim if they already knew where everyone was and what ranges? I guess you can try to argue "so they can get the cool video clip" but then... with that assumption, every single clip you could say is a hacker. I have a few long distance lobs (1-2km with slow projectiles) and I could totally clip it to look like I got the shot on the first hit, and anyone watching it without any context would probably call me a hacker. No one making videos is going to show the 5-10 shots they missed before they got the cool shot. And then of course there are always just lucky shots. I've had a handful of shots, where I even though it wouldn't hit, and it does. Like shooting in frustration at a plane that just killed me, while they are heading back to base, with my tank gun and then 2 seconds later it hits and kills them. Someone watching the replay would see me spawn in, aim at some speck of a plane, shoot, and get a kill, and probably think I am a hacker. If I recorded every single second of gameplay, they would see the 99 other times I shoot at a plane and miss, and realize it was literally just a lucky shot.

Loner is legit. He uses the scout drone a lot to do arty style shots. Nothing about that is cheating.
