@@thegentlemanmarketeer not that good, but probably a ivan lendl adidas jumper was in a clearence sale £3 per kilo sent to usa £100 had a spyder ski jacket recently the day after watching the Ralph Lauren deep dive by tech and he showed some spyder ski jackets then i found one lol few flaws so let it go £70

How are you finding sourcing lately I’m really struggling for the last week
Plenty of lines with no money in them
But the better stuff non existent around my area
Going out everyday most I found was Monday 6 items again only bread and butter items
Two days picked up nothing
But that’s my choice I need a certain margin if it’s not there I walk away
Do you fancy making a video on just high street brands
Would be helpful for many as other TH-camrs glorifies the Bangor’s to much

Great video Simon, full of admiration on how organised you are. Couple of questions, how long do you leave an item at its listed price before reducing, is there a set time?. You never mention returns, do you get many?. Thanks.

I aim to sell my items within 3 months 90 days, doesn’t alway work, after that I send very aggressive offers out 33%. After that I will start reducing until it does sell.
In regards to returns I definitely do get my fair share and it’s a very valid point. I will certainly start to discuss this.

I think that nike jumper at the start though was a knock off, because of the backwards swoosh on the inner neck.
Do you actively try and avoid counterfeits?
Would you come across them much when searching for stock?
And given the amount of stock you go through, running this store on your own, have you got good at spotting knock offs?
Might make a good video sometime if you can share how you identify counterfeits in the very limited time you have to go through each item you source
Thank you for taking the time to comment, some good questions in regards to counterfeits, the first part is the Nike Jumper you mentioned, I did check it had its style code RN number attached and I checked this on google and it was correct so I am happy with that one. In general it is now tough to spot every single knock off they are getting so good, I actively try to make sure every item is 100% genuine. Thank you so much for the kind words, I get my storage boxes free of charge from the supermarket LIDL, they are tortilla boxes and are perfect for my system, I just went in and asked if I could have them and they were more than happy, are you doing the same method?.

Goo day Simon, love the content, im an Irish ebay reseller with an everything store, & recently a new clothing only ebay store, im after getting 2 x pairs of prada mens shoes , do you have any advice on pricing these are you familiar with prada shoes,
Thank you so much for the support and kind words, Good luck on the reselling journey, in regards to Prada shoes, I am a bit of a scardy cat when it comes to super high end items.
I would try and make sure they were genuine then check the sold prices on similar items on eBay.
If you do need advice on high end I would recommend getting in contact with the Luxury Pickers on Instagram they are amazing.

Thanks for watching and the nice comment, I make my own SKU numbers, I didn’t like the cost when I purchased from Amazon, far too expensive.
The have done a video on how I do it, it’s called How to make and print stock numbers.

Hi, thank you for the support and taking the time to message, I have 2 garages, the main one is tip top no issues with damp, this the main one I store most items, The other has a different tin roof and I do get some damp in that one, I now box and bag everything it that one. ope that helps, Have a great week, Simon

What is the service you used on screen to check the verification of the Nikes
