Back when color television was still a novelty, my son and I were passengers in the dual cockpit of a local Waco. It was without the engine cowl so you were staring at the rocker action inches from you. Very memorable. This video brought those images back into focus. Thank you Pete. Jim

Thats a gorgeous build. My best friend was helping me build a top flite giant p47. He got to see it with fiberglassing done and passed away the day i got the callie graphics in the mail. He passed away in October and i still haven't finished the build. Its the next project on my list. Gonna be Rabbit p47, that was his favorite scheme. Honoring him and his memory with the completion. Great vid as always and thanks for your efforts.

A truly gorgeous airplane. I would love to see it flown at a more scale speed. Yes, the Moki has tons of power, but it doesn't HAVE to be used all the time.
I'm normally on board with this philosophy - but judging by the landing speed and the sounds during the flight, I thought the pilot flew this model in about as scale-like a manner as it would allow. Perhaps a different prop might slow it down a bit, but again I'm not sure it can fly much slower or that any pilot could have done better. I thought it was a smooth, graceful, and tasteful flight by a very good pilot and a GORGEOUS airplane.
