The artwork on the seashell was really beautiful Emma. I was so glad to see all 3 of you including Compass! I loved seeing where you anchored, the beautiful blue water, the sunsets, the Dolphins, & looking out from the top of the hill out towards the sea. Emma it looks so relaxing when you're sitting toward the edge of the boat looking out over the sea. Its almost like the Dolphins are leading the way. Good job on hiking the volcano. Those steep hikes and loose stones are brutal. I hiked the Taal volcano before it's last eruption and that was enough for me. Looked like Emma found her breaking point. In a few more years the pendulum could easily swing the other way. I now find myself struggling to keep up with my daughters on hikes.

Such a perfectionist! I can't wait to get at it with my decorating superpowers! What grade is Ema in now? I can't imagine what it would be like to homeschool anyone, let alone Ema! We are in Mexico and 500 miles from the nearest Coast Guard station and VHF signals travel roughly 10 to 20 miles. There are over 1000 cruising boats in the Sea of Cortez and Mexico's Gold Coast all using 22 as the cruisers "working channel". Not once have we ever heard a US Coast Guard broadcast on 22 while in Mexico.
@SeabourneWolf 16 is still the official channel for the Mexican navy/port captain to monitor. They tell you which channels you can use as a cruiser. 😊
I have upgraded my primary spear gun to the 60" JBL Woody Elite Magnum already. My only issue with it is that I can't use it for 6 months due to an injury.
