Fun fact, while waiting for the main one that drops for 3 factions every 60 minutes, there is also a smaller miniboss that occasionally spawns every 20-30 ish minutes on the beach nearby. He also has a chance to drop for either of those three rep factions. Usually just one out of the three. A good tip, if you want to fully AFK farm, have "Rarescanner" addon added and put on "sounds in the background" option, to allow for maximum rep farming. It will notify you when one of them spawns nearby every time. It will reset and continue to notify you once they respawn again. It took me about 8 hours going from honored to exalted for Shado-Pan, just by farming these guys over and over. This still works as of BFA 8.3.0.
