Aside maybe Valeera if she accompanied Windsor when he visited ... and of course Khadgar. But then I am really surprised that nothing reacts to Khadgar in there. Maybe they consider Medivh never took on an apprentice in that timeline.

Charlie Miller lol I was at some point the raid strategist while playing Kara (during the Burning Crusade expansion)... I was in a new guild and I literally was the only one who had played the raid before. When we arrived at the Curator, they immediately started not giving a fuck about the strategies I was telling them, but we managed to win anyway somehow. We then arrived at Prince Malchezaar and, when I told them "don't stay too close to him because he has aoe and an attack that reduces everyone to 1hp" they told me "bah, how hard can it be? We beat the other guys without fancy strats, we can do it again", then proceeded to put every single healer right behind the tank and wiped almost immediately after. I didn't even start attacking, I just chilled in the back and enjoyed the show. After that, I promptly left the guild.
You know, I had noticed some of these myself, and thought it was pretty cool they were doing more of this kind of thing, it's the little things ya know? Also I can see why you saved the raid leader one for last. That was the best one IMO :) Keep up the good work homie, you rock.

Actaully as the game gets older the less potential interaction they have; Kelthuzad doesn't have witty remarks for the hero skins, and sadly Bran Bronzebeard says nothing to his neice, Moira, in Blackrock. :(
Since they can't pick apart the workings of this game, that means that either blizz told toast about these interactions or someone literally put a raid leader in the beams... I'm not sure which is more likely.

The card is Raid Leader. In WoW for the Netherspite fight the raid leader would call out who needs to be in the beams you had to stand in for that fight.
Memory is fuzzy but the gist of the WoW encounter is that there was three portals that would shoot beams out to the boss. Red, green, and blue; if they hit the boss it would increase it's damage, heal it, and deal AoE damage, so it was essential that a person was present the block the beam. The beams did buff the players blocking it, increasing their max HP, restoring health, or restoring mana. It's a simple concept, but what made it complicated was that anyone who touched the beam recently couldn't block the same beam again for awhile. So people had to take turns blocking the beams. Tanks had to switch mid-beam. Mana users had to take the blue beam now and then to top off their mana as the fight was one of the most mana intensive at the time. Mainly it would be the raid leader/tanks that had to coordinate their beam switch the most.
