How to solve 2011 BMW x5 e70 series no sound no bluetooth connection problem

Check the fuse box 1st, before going into deep diagnostics it will save you time and headache. Bad fuse was the issue with mine.

That fuse 132 controls the Comfort Access System (CAS) module which is related to a bunch of functions like your touch lock/unlock exterior door handles, the Bluetooth/phone functions, keyless FOB sensing (you won't be able to start the engine without inserting the key FOB into the slot), and gong you hear when you enter the car. When fuse 132 pops, none of those functions work on your E70. It's usually because of humidity or shorts in the wiring, or one of the door handle sensors is faulty (you need to disconnect each one in turn to find which one is causing the first to pop). If you don't fix the root cause, it'll pop again soon.
