I know this would be unthinkable for most conventional playthroughs, but it would be nice if the game's story itself, which has a linear structure, could "adapt" to the player's individual creativity and commitment. I mean, you "shouldn't" be able to do that as a protagonist, but we're prepared to re-evaluate how it might impact the story. The idea of a peasant woman starting her own revenge campaign in the village that was invaded and looted by enemies could create other narrative lines. Let's face it, it's less realistic than running away and trying to seek refuge elsewhere, but it would be fantastic.
Honestly, I have said the same thing before in other comments. I would love to have a thief/assassin type game with Theresa. I mean she has the background as coming from a thief family and no one would suspect a peasant miller's girl as a Bohemian renowned thief/assassin. I do not know the targets, but there are plenty of wars in the land, she could make a killing :P
@@helicalgoose Truth. And one of the charms present in the game involves precisely the proposal to have a more realistic medieval gameplay compared to other classic games that mix all sorts of fictional ingredients such as magic, dragons, monsters etc. Evolution would be more gradual, difficult and dangerous. This implies that a young woman would probably have to adopt a more advanced and patient strategy to survive and succeed in this "crazy" plan of revenge (especially without using possible exploits). She might even have other useful skills like seduction or disguise. It is worth remembering that it would possibly be unthinkable to have women versed on the battlefield in the face of the culture of that time. In this sense, there could be prejudice, skepticism and mockery on the part of other people (including allies) at the mere hypothesis that a woman is wearing military equipment, having a more "intimidating" appearance or showing some interest in fighting as a combatant. Opportunistic and unscrupulous men might even feel "challenged" to test their luck against her in such an uncertain and brutal setting. The character could have a "double life", try to pretend to adopt the masculine appearance or even openly embrace this new "lifestyle", for example. Women were expected to face peculiar challenges, obstacles and annoyances that theoretically would not be part of Henry's everyday life. In other cases, there could be facilities or advantages depending on the occasion. This would favor the game in such a way that the player would have unique experiences by virtue of the genre with the two characters. The game's developers would likely go to the asylum until the end of the project.
I'm sure there were some instances of women dressing up in men's clothing and armor to join in defending their homeland. Imagine if they added a way to get Theresa suited up. Like, if you get a certain stat high enough you unlock a hidden perk allowing cross dressing
I wish the sequel to kcd would be like the premise of the film " natural born killers ", have Theresa and henry as the marauding couple runnning around medieval hungary hunting cumins...

Hey quick question about something unrelated the beef jump how do you get the beef to stack on your head so you can double save on top everytime I drop the beef some of it falls and I get pushed out from underneath so im able to stand up so I would appreciate more of an explanation of how to do that if you can thanks. And love the videos btw had to subscribe
Yah the art of beef jumping is sort of fuzzy at times to get to work on certain situations. What I find works best is to lower the physics of objects to low-medium or something around there. This seems to give the best beef stacks. To double save on beef jump is a trick tricky thing. I believe the lag delay helps a bit, before the game recognize to start allowing beef to fall sort of thing is what you need. If you have a suped up computer this might not work that well. To double jump you need a sort of medium to low end computer. Maybe set graphics to ultra all the way and physics collisions to low. I am still not a 100% on the double jump. The being "pushed" away thing is tricky as well. The beef jump works best if you can position yourself next to a wall of some sort to keep you from being pushed. The next best thing is to steal three or four horses to set something up to keep you from being pushed. The horse technique is still in the research lab stage and I have not quite perfected it. You still get a little pushed or the horses get teleported other areas, but they do work as a mobile wall. Not the best, but works in a pinch ;) Hope this helps. Please keep me informed if you make any progress with beef jumping :)
@@helicalgoose ah I see I don't really have those options as I play on Xbox however I did it semi successfully once I dont remember my orientation as in which was I was facing but I remember that the more placed= the more success due to lag so I think that's a key role the same way it's a key role in wagering and moving the goods to your horse and dropping them. It is one of my favorite lines from the NPCs.
Like come on, how can you not see the blood covered lady who is swinging a mace at you!
Perception -1
Pretty sure the cod piece was invented as a result of all those crotch shots.
Sigismund stop the life of a ruthless warlord and became the # 1 cod piece seller in Bohemia after this incident. Mostly selling cod pieces to the remains of his army :P
imagine theresa told whole things to henry......
Theresa can only tell her so much :P
Cumen, kneeling and whimpering: Wha...Wha... What are you doing?
Theresa: Killing. Cumens.
*Witcher music plays*
I wish I was good at modding. Give Theresa a two handed sword and start slashing Cumans down like the Witcher would be amazing :P
Always a good day when you upload. Love your vids!
Thanks! It is good to see you around again! :D
The one escaping cuman now has a tale to tell when he arrives back in hungary:
"All our men were killed by ONE woman!"
"It was an horrifying witch, that used to kill men by shooting them in the crotch over and over again for torture."
"She was incredibly good in camoflauge and archery, we were rarely able to see her."
Reminds me of One Piece when it starts to hook u at the Baratie Swimming Restaurant... Of what happened to a certain 50-ship pirate fleet, hacked to pieces and sunk by one man!
lol at the "incredibly good in camouflage"
She was just gone, completely in front of us, but could not see her!
And I was surprised that cumans just started to surrender instead of fight after a certain point.
I need to check if she gained the fearsome perk or something like that after you killed so many. I was under the impression she could not gain more perks but who knows!
@@helicalgoose Btw did u see one piece?
@@robertbretschneider765 I have seen season 1 and 2 I believe. But after that, I sort of fell off the wagon. (This was awhile back).
I might have to try to get back into it, but I am always fearful of the filler apocalypse.
Sort of like how Bleach or Naurto had for awhile, that sort of drain me from watching those type of animes.
@@helicalgoose Actually, One Piece has way less fillers than those, because the author had the whole plot planned from the start!
It was no unexpected "Oh, its successful, so lets suck another part of plot out of my fingertip". More like Tolkien, that had the whole plot in mind from the get-go.
And one of the few filler episodes is actually so nice, that i encourage u to watch it. Its called the G8 arc, it starts after the skypia ark that begins at episode 152 to ep (i dunno anymore).
The stuff u sometimes rage about is that some episodes feel way too short. ^^ Of course, not all. Some episodes are complete bangers that leave u speechless.
And of course, if ur not bored and therefore dont need a cool long show to watch, i recommend to create more videos or do something better practical outside. Watching series is always a waste of time, even if they are great. Have a nice week!
"The Butcher of Skalitz"
Takes on a different meaning when you realize there was no "butcher shop" in Skaltiz ;)
Their children will rule the world. Or what will be left of it when theyre done.
Can't believe I did not see this comment, but if they get married, I just imagine their home would be filled with all the stolen items of countless villages, towns, and cities. And just piles of beef stacked everywhere :P
i was just watching this video cuz im thinking of buying the dlc and then i saw your views and i was really surprised when it's low. the content was really high guality. Im definitely subbing
Radzig: Sakra, you're more useful than half of my entire garrison Theresa.
I don't think Radzig never interacted with Theresa in this entire game. Though I think he knew that half his garrison could not stop Theresa if they tried, just in case Radzig said anything out of pocket.
@@helicalgoose he did. Theresa told Henry she asked him and hanush to bury her parents and brothers. They also gave her a shield for her bravery but she gave it to henry anyway since she won't be able to make use of it.
@@jacepro2827 Ah, was it Hanush or Captain Bernard. I get this confused, but I think you're correct!
Well then, we know that Theresa has been bribed by the nobles so she does not cause chaos in the lands ;)
@@helicalgoose she ask radzig and was supported by hanush since these events occured when henry was out cold after arriving in rattay and radzig was still weak and has to rely to hanush. The shield given was the shield of skalitz.
Loving your channel. It’s making me want to replay this great game once again. It’s been too long.
Thanks :)
And yah this game is a good one to install back and screw around with every so often :P
@@helicalgoose, I’ve reinstalled it, should be able to give it a go when I get back from work. Thanks for rekindling the game for me, and keep up the great content. 👍
Love it! The editing is spot on! :D And nice outro music!
Thanks :)
It is good to see you around here again.
Hoping to see you make some more videos in the future :P
@@helicalgoose Haha, my hyperfocusation has once again led me to KCD (was playing Legend of Grimrock lately). Regarding new videos: YT has actually started to target my channel and has taken down the Ostwald Oxidation video which was one of my best and unique one's. I'm really pissed about that since the educational value is about 100% and the actual room for (mis)use is like 1%.
That seems odd, I am guessing the synthesis of Nitric acid is frowned upon? I mean the knowledge to do nearly any synthesis you want is on the internet already, and YT taking it down because of potential danger does not seem fair.
Well, it is not easy making those types of videos but they are still good to see once in awhile, hope for the best for you :)
@@helicalgoose Thanks! Yeah, I guess you can misuse anything, the knowledge is out there. I actually got the exerimental description from an old school book. I'm glad that I never intended to make any money with this, no ads, no revenue, so I don't really care. Chemistry and I are having a big marital dispute at the moment anyways, if you know what I mean. :D
Great as always.
Thanks again! Glad to see you around again! :D
@@helicalgoose I never miss one man!
Nothin change killing even 3 hundreds of cumans but at all it always pretty kindfull see those bots paying blood lol
You know I completely agree!
I wish there was some sort of cutscene or just a line of dialogue mentioning that the entire advance guard of the cumans were just wiped out.
Give a little rep and you know that would make everyone happy.
Plus make it an achievement and watch the try hards go at it!
"I'm a GOD, how can you kill a GOD?!"
I wish I had better artistic skills and I could draw a meme of Theresa standing over a cuman and go,
"I was standing on a roof and you attack Skalitz?! How would you ever get to me! Think Cuman Think!"
Or something like that :P
Top tier invincible reference
Theresa kills both friend and foe.
That's why Theresa and Henry are meant to be together.
Don’t let Theresa fool you she’s crazy. She should be wearing the armor instead of Henry.
She is not crazy, just passionate.
I am sure that will hold up in 1403 Bohemian law.
The only armor Theresa needs is the flayed skin of her foes stitched into a blasphemic cloak
Team:
“Tinker Is Not A Coward”
Video does not lie. Dog tuck tail and ran after being smacked 20 times with a sword.
I do give credit to Tinker being quite durable. ;)
So Theresa is even more dangerous than Henry ???
always has been :P
She is just more subtle about her power level.
Can Theresa get the cuman killer perk after all she did?
I do not remember if she did get it, but I do not think so.
She definitely deserved the title/perk!
Theresa anime opening
I know I replied to your comment before but it deleted it. I just got time to come back to this.
But I totally wanted to do that.
I just need anime music that is copyright free, but uggh I do not know where to look right away.
But exactly what I wanted to do in this part :P
6:45
He says you are a kid from out of marriage
Huh, that is actually a pretty good insult.
I really need to get all those Hungarian translations going on for the next video. Some of those insults are just gold!
Ultra Instinct Theresa isn't real. She can't hurt me.
When the cumins begin sending child soldiers and women to fight, you know youve done a good job.
16:35 I've killed 2 dogs in real life defending my farm animals and that noise horrifies me
Yah fighting wild dogs is no joke.
We are way too use to the friendly pooches, but we tend to forget that they can really do some damage killing other animals or hurting people.
I think the closest we had to deal with was with Coyotes. Little bugger are scared of humans, but they go after any other animals you have.
How the hell? Judging by the content you are missing a few hundred thousand subscribers.
Lol great stuff
Keep up the madness :D may the bloodshed never stop uwu
The bloodshed only stops when there is no one left to kill!
But even then, there is the immortal guard at Talmberg that we can poke forever!

I am a little hesitant making a video about it, since I am not certain how I would spin it or make a story about it.
I mean playing the game straight a bunch of people do that already, but I will pick it up when the steam summer sales comes on!
Also, someday when these graphics cards get cheaper I will be able to get a much better one and do the video proper ;)

So if crotch shots take awhile, can we assume that the cumans may not have what we think they have there.
Well we know that after what Theresa done to them, they did not have "what we think they have down there" anymore :P
Metal gear deliverance
hmm a guy that can take 10 arrows in the crotch should have some standing abilitys
I felt like there should've been boss music for that guy. Taking more than two of those types of shots should've sent anyone to the shadow-realm.
Why are these windows.... lit?
EXACTLY!
Somebody in the lighting depart went rogue!
What's was zybshek doing in Theresa's House?
Yah my poor comment got deleted before and finally got time to come back here.
But, I cut out the part but Zybshek was living with Theresa because her father let him stay with them since his family died.
A nice gesture and I almost feel bad for Zybshek. Well until he threw Theresa to the cumans...then I said screw that!
Hey I just played this dlc. But how the heck did you get that lovely dress? I was stuck with only wearing the basic ones cuz the nice new one looked lame
Ah, that dress you can buy from the trader in town.
It costs like 400 groschen or something like that. I had to win a bunch of archery games down by the creek to afford that dress...then Theresa started to clean up the town.
Bro how have you got a bow aim dot ??
Yup, if you have PC, you can get the dot by typing in one of the few commands on console that still work without downloading the "developer mod"
But if you open the console " ` "
then type
wh_pl_showfirecursor 1
hit enter and then put away your bow and pull it back out, the dot will stay there :D
Now you will have to re-enter that command every time you start the game up, but its way better than no dot at all!
Not the best, but works in a pinch ;)
Hope this helps.
Other than that I haven't had a successful attempt and another thing about console is it take centuries to drop that many items one at a time due to the lack of a scrollwheel but if I find a method I'll let you know. I would love more videos exploring the mechanics of this glitch I feel like it has the potential to very heavily alter the game in many hysterical ways.
using aiming dot...
Yup, it just makes things a bit easier in this case.
I can do without it, but when I only have so much limited time in recording, I don't want to be messing things up too much lol
How did you get a crosshair on the bow?
Add the line wh_pl_showfirecursor=1 in \steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\user.cfg
You might have to add +exec user.cfg to the Steam launch options for KC:D, although it works without that for me.
Thanks for this. I know I replied to Lwin before but my poor comments got deleted from youtube for some reason :(
You can put Theress in a dress? Nice
I replied to your comment before but it got deleted so sorry for the delay.
But we only put Theresa in the nicest things! She deserves the best!
I wish there were more choices like after this DLC to give her some fancy threads at least.
Cumans running away from a woman is hilarious
Honestly its one of the best things in the game. Having a bunch of full armored terrors, running from a blood peasant girl and her dog :P
Giving this game up this mission ruined the game for me
Ah yah, this mission sort of surprises everyone the first time.
Not my favorite to play normally, but not too bad when you're willing to turn Theresa into a mass murderer.
My main advice is to load an earlier save and avoid talking to Theresa about Skaltiz at all!
ROFL
Theresa was the #1 Cuman killer, way before Henry even picked up the sword :P

Ah many thanks :)
The murderous rampage of Theresa was quite a joy to do :P
