Lol, their humans like the rest of us. They do have Salt and Anger too. It's just in their culture to talk down on yourself. First thing my Japanese teacher told us. If someone tells you "you're good at ____", you HAVE to say "no no, I have a long ways to go". You can't say "Yes I practice hard", or "yes I know", or "thank you I have done this a while", you say "no I'm not" even if it's not true-
I don't think it's better or worse than any other culture. It's nice in the sense people put on a good face all the time not to cause trouble. But at the same time it makes knowing whether people genuinely mean what they say difficult to know because it's in the culture to say "pre-determined thing" regardless of the truth or how you feel because "that's culture".

Nothing butt hurt about it. Just providing some clarification in case you actually believed what you typed. More than a compliment you sound like you're sucking up to an entire country. That's very dangerous-
I say this as someone who is half Japanese and has lots of things I love about Japan. They are extremely well mannered (in some ways) but they aren't angels like your compliment makes them out to be- Like in any country, there are extremely salty anger indulging people. It's just less common.

netweed09 bruh he was already nerfed to hell and back no need for more. Also killing is one of his weakest aspects (with the exception of cyclone) and you didn't even mention his movement, which is garbage
It is what is it. luigi is simply too easy to use, userbase and even many users on TH-cams comments prove it - heck even me (a novice) came a hair's width from maining it that's how ''win condition'' the derpy character is =00 Thank Goodness I had the ounce of class to defect at the last minute in honor of not wanting to cheese
He may not be a difficult character to learn, but he's definitely not "easy". If he was we'd see a lot more Luigis around. His combos are a lot more trivial than most people think, having to know what to do at what percents and that's just after getting a grab. Luigi's speed is what makes it more difficult to get a grab because he has no good approach options and can't get in out of shield because of his traction.
His combos are a lot tighter than people regard them as (I should know I main him) They require a lot of precise movements out of Fast fall and short hop. Luigi has no kill confirms which makes it hard for people to score kills. And do you know how long it takes to practice mashing until you can properly gimp with it? It requires at the bare minimum 10 presses per second if you just want to hover with it, and even that is inconsistent. I've practiced a lot and can get up to 13 times per second, but that's only because I put time into him. I just can't stand when people say he's "too easy to use"
Elegant is a phenomenal player it's so great seeing such amazing luigi play.

Both players are so insanely good at inputting commands, you'd think they were CPU's if they didn't make such interesting decisions. It's so much fun to watch.
I can tell that Abadango isn't rusty. At least not until the very last stock. The commentators give him too little credit. Elegant is just VERY good.

not at high level, and not against mewtwo. he's high mid tier at best rn because he can't land at all and it takes crazy amount of spacing to fight against a high level mewtwo. maybe the argument could be made prepatch with his 0-70 combos on fast fallers but not anymore
Mewtwo is arguably Luigi's worst MU in the game and Abadango is arguably the best Mewtwo in the world atm. Doing this is anything but easy and succeeding with Luigi in competitive play is anything but easy. Try picking up Luigi and going to a local tourney of yours and see how "easy" it is. His neutral isn't that great and his landing options are non-existent. Also he has no kill confirms anymore. His down throw to up B is a rock-paper-scissors. not even a 50/50. Try playing a character before saying he's an easy character to use.
