Hello dear, there are various options available when it comes to considering a variable. For Example in World Development Indicators database GDP is data is available in the following forms- GDP per capita, GDP growth rate, GDP at current US dollar, GDP at constant US dollars etc. It depends upon your research topic which variable to choose. In this video I have chosen GDP at constant US dollar. Thanks.
1.Using data from world development indicators only gives individual trade of the countries and doesn't show consensual trade(real import/export) between them those particular countries. 2.How do I open the gravity model data file from CEPII,the file is too large to open on excel.
