Hello I'm just wanting to ask something is you could advice me please. I'm doing my husband's extension that's due to expire 17th August. He's sub contracted and they're asking for his last year's tax and insurance contributions. He has 22/23 but i can't see its possible to submit the last year's until 25. You can submit the previous year tax return and the latest bank last one year bank statement and explain all in your application
Hello, you mentioned that we need 6 proof of addresses. So my question is do we both need to show together 6 proof of address (for husband 3 and wife 3) or is it 6 proof of address per person?
And also we do not pay council tax as we are living with parents so it is mandatory to pay council tax for us?.

I wanna ask about proof of address. Me and my partner changed 2 addresses during my spouse visa now we applying for extension and i wanna ask as a proofs of address do we have to upload joint account statement for every month or just for one month with each address?
You need 6 different kinds of proof of addresses. You can upload previous proofs as well and also explain in your covet letter about changes on addresses
I have my wifes first extension coming up in december. Also starting a new job at the end of this month with a salary of 25k (that is fine) but they are giving a 4 month contract till October. More than likely they will extend it. Can this temporary contract affect my case? Even if I get a new contract after this?
In that case, you need one full year of income, salary slips , bank statements, etc... and the detailed covering letter

I have a question regarding the absence requirements for my upcoming visa extension. I arrived in the UK on 16 November 2021 on a spouse visa, and my Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) is valid until June 2024. I plan to apply for a visa extension (FLR) approximately one month before it expires.

You can stay outside the UK for 4 months or a maximum of 6 months in one go.

Hi, thank you for the information, it's really useful. I have a question about the financial requirement if you can help please, i am on 28k annual salary and my wife has been emoyeed in a local shop. She is registered with hmrc but always received her monthly salary by cash so there is no record on the bank statements. Can I just include my work payslips and bank statements for my wife's visa extension and leave out her employment details? And last question is about the accommodation requirement, I read on the FLR_M Guaidance Notes that 'the property must be occupied ONLY by you, your partner and dependents'. I live a shared property with my parents and siblings and everyone's names are on the house agreement and council tax bills. Does this mean my wife doesn't qualify for the 5 year route? Any advice to meet this requirement will be much appreciated. Thanks

Are you asking about the English test requirements? You need to pass the UKVI-relevant IELTs A2 level test which you can find on their website.

You should get this information from the website of the test you wish to appear in. Generally, in my experience you can sit in any level exam without prior certification but you should always check from the relevant testing website to get the exact information!

Hi, you have to give proof of earning £18600 per annum. So the more paperwork you submit to prove that the better. Payslips provide the assurance that you are receiving a constant amount in the form of salary.

UKVI will not paste your visa on your passport. They will issue you BRP and email confirmation for your visa.
You only need a passport for travel purposes.
