I am kinda Tomboy girl and i am not shy i just don't like to talk to anybody and go out but if its necessary to talk then i don't feel shy and just say whatever i want.. Salaam Mushtaq bro. Shyness is a sign of Faith. I don't know why people take it as a weakness. It can be your strength. Don't think that it is a problen. Yes, fear can be a hurdle / challenge in the way to your success. Allah give you a challengle so that you grow. Avoid things that sucks your energy. If you want to improve communication skills then practice it; look for Toastmaster club near your place. Toastmaster can help you overcoming your fear of public speaking. You may have many more qualities / skills that many won't have. Anything is possible when you make your mind to do it. Allah hou Ahlam
