I am a center and im faster than other centers i can just run to the paint and score Even if a small guy switches on me usally only point guards are faster than me so if point guard switches on me than easy post up.
exactly, that is a great strategy to use ... I was the opposite as you, I was a Point Guard in grade 12 but I was bigger and stronger than the guards so they always switched forwards on me and I was faster than them

you could run something like my perimeter defense that you can find in the description of my videos .... but a very basic option is a 2-3 zone
