I saw the moview only negative i could find was the portion were Disha Patani. Bujji and Prabhas rom-comedy moments.
Movies like this hasnt happened in Indian cinema, its like first of its kind.
9.5/10 for me . Iwatched malayalam dub FYI. It wa really good .

I think u live in some other world, Bollywood has always helped south in every aspect even in Bahubali dharma production was the reason for hindi success pre Bahubali there was no proper dubbing even the hindi songs were beautifully composed and the screes it gets in north belt is outstanding,all the actors get to promote their films in hindi shows,all hindi channels,newspapers,talk shows,all medium helps to promote their films and I can barely say that for South industry when they took some effort to support Bollywood movies in south,even Bollywood movies gets minimum seats when a south movie is running in south so don’t go with your false narrative open your eyes.

The movie does not answer a lot than it does when mythical derivations are evident. Even though prabhas did a decent job playing bhairava , the characters around him are underwriten and wasted for just story progression. If he has not lost a single bounty yet why is unit balance 250, what is brahmanandam doing throughout the movie except for lying on the bed and disha patani does a pointless cameo. If only the scenes were more crisper and had better fleshed characters the movie would have effortlessly flowed from the starting..Great attempt of a film dat actually for once explores ithihasa and derives a genius concept that could have had better writting help in how each scene plays out.

You hit the nail on the head about the movie,it was brilliantly played by all the actors I tell you that they did their part very well. I felt the rush in my body when Prabhas became the brother it was true action going on, and again when Big B was whooping up on Prabhas now that was a rush, but it was so beautiful so very well played. I love this movie, and you are right they should bring more flavor to the table. Hats off this movie is past brilliant it's off the charts ❤

Could observe influence of Dune & Star wars series throughout the movie. In comparison to Star Wars, which is the story of an orphaned farm boy that is radicalized after a military strike kills his family. He is indoctrinated into an ancient religion and joins a band of insurgents on a terrorist attack that kills 300,000 people and The Rebel alliance would be inspired by Viet Cong, the guerrilla force that was Anti-imperialist Marxist-Leninists that opposed capitalism and imperialism and wanted to establish a socialist society with goal of worldwide socialist revolution.
But here in Kalki movie the ideology of Rebel is in complete contrast, associated with ancient religion, seems director wants to exploit the religion for comercial success like politians use caste & religion to loot nations resources.
Also in Dune series director would show how in the name of religion people are easy exploited by Bene Gesserit sisterhood, but in Kalki again it's a contrast where religion would be glorious by director.
So for the fans of Dune & Star Wars series, the Rebel ideology in Kalki might be a disturbing one.
Cinematography, Music, VFX and technical aspects of the movie was amazing.
First Half is Boaring including 😢 Introduction, It felt like anti climax , What Disha Patani scenes added to story other than Boaring , They can easily cut out 40 minutes in the movie and it will become much better , I felt editor also slept and forgot to cut these scenes
I learnt after the movie that the chariot of arjunudu is given by agni devudu. The other two we know but I didn’t know this. And what is repati kosam really ?
Did anyone notice in the pre climax when sumathi is being rescued by both bhairava and ashwathama. Ashwathama lifts bhairava pulling and it was shown as if a new child is being brought and also that closeup refers to Achilles (immortal with kavacha kundaralu from Troy) and the final twist reveals.
Sorry for the spoiler.

Bimbisara was far better than kalki. It blended history with present by time travel. And it was emotionally engaging. Kalki mixes up Mahabharat and star wars like idli and ketchup
