In the 60's a bowling alley in Calumet City Illinois had bands in the bar on weekends. My Dad was on a league and would tell me about the bands he saw. One night he says you're not going to believe this guy,had a blonde pompadour! Then Dad's telling me about a band called White Trash! I didn't know who these guy's were at the time? Later on the Jackie Gleason show my Dad yells to me come here, that's the guy! It was Wayne Cochran! Later I realized White Trash was Johnny and Edgar Winter! Too bad I was only 13 at the time or I could've seen some really great music!😊
