Beautiful housing built from the outside into the inside of the housing are full of built-in luxury for persons to pick or choose to live in happily for peace and happiness and also for privacy of their own as required. 😊 ↗So beautiful, flooring, ceiling and wall colors rich 👀 looking; so beautiful also the glass doors and windows that natural lighting coming through so beautifully, sooo beautiful along with the beautiful light fixtures amongst the ceiling and hanging from the ceiling that's just in naming a small amount of the few built-in luxury in the gorgeous listed as three bedroom house; although there's sooo much more beautiful built-in the gorgeous house of luxury and outside house of luxury that I haven't mentioned by this comments section that's truly sooo wonderful about 👀 seen by the attachment 🎥 housing show.

Sorry, but I'm not about to pay half a million dollars to live in a house that I pay the maintenance and upkeep on, property taxes, utilities and other fees and I have to ask a board of people, that I dont know, permission to change anything. I never could understand this mindset. But to each his own.
You're right. The HOA in any Community with the laws in Florida at present can do in your house outside & inside whatever they want it. The real owner of these properties are the constructor and the Board they left to take care of their interests. They can raise the Hoa fees and fines as high as they wish at a point that if you cannot pay for any reason you can lose your dream house. They can force you to have cel., cable & internet contracts from the company they want, and you have to pay for it like it or not. Is neccesary to change HOA'S laws in all USA and more in Florida state.

I may have commented on this home before. I love the floorplan, but its just too much gloss from the tile floors and too much white. The backsplash needs a pop of color and the countertops needs variation of color in it. While I like the idea of living in a senior community, I just don't understand why the houses are so close together. I would prefer some yard space for gardening rather than a pool that takes up the entire backyard. I love the master retreat, the double closets, and the linen closet.

They do eventually sell the model once the community is near/ sold out. It usually goes for way above base price because of the prime location and the many upgrades, pool and interior design. They don't give a price until they are ready to sell them. Thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴

The lot fees vary from lot to lot depending on what is available and it's location in the community but can range from 30s to 60s on dry lots and up from their if it's on the water. Oh my God. Did the builder of these homes find a design book from the 60s? Sufficient square footage but not efficiently designed. Upon close inspection of the craftsmanship reveals that there is very little. Is this typical in this area?

I will bet this particular house with the pool and upgrades and pond location is around 650-750,000. People from other states are pouring into Florida and driving prices way up. Pretty soon it will become another California. The light fixtures are fantastic they are open and don’t close off the open space feel.
