I love this house! I usually don't like tile flooring, but this is beautiful. I don't particularly need a pool taking up that much backyard space, and I don't like that the houses in the community are so close together.

I enjoyed the video of this home. However, it seems to me that with all the upgrades shown, the builder would have invested in better closets. Hate cheap metal shelves in expensive homes, it cheapens the experience and expectations. Love to have a backyard without a pool, I love grass.

Love the decor and furniture .
Right now top list is not to have my bedroom facing the streets or neighbor.
Chore closing shades everyday .
Also I like a door in the bedroom to go out the patio .
Makes living so different .
I had this in my previous home .
My current home 4200 sq ft .
Beautiful .
But bedroom faces just like this home on video ????
Doesn’t have that private restful feel .

Things I liked a lot about it and things I didn't like like the bedrooms were too small and sorry but they were and should have had dual walking closet for the master bedroom
Beautiful homes. I like the open concept look. I would like to see 2 bedrooms one floor homes I’m interested in. Do you show apartment type condominium 2 bedrooms. Also do builders in Florida offer first time home buyers incentives of any kind? In New York new construction homes have some type of incentive here and there. Thank you.
I'm glad you liked it. Each builder has their own incentives, some are for first time homebuyers. At this time only townhomes and single family homes are toured. Condos may come in the future, thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴

Beautiful home. What is hoa fee monthly? Can this house be built in customer chosen location?
The HOA fee is $354/Mo which includes lawn, alarm monitoring, 24 hour gatehouse, clubhouse with a full time director, a restaurant, lawn sprinkling etc.
The home can only be built within this GL HOMES community called Valencia Sound at Riverland. They do have other communities available in other cities like Boynton Beach which has similar models. Thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴
