Try this amazing Jagannath Chhappan Bhoga Ballav which is offered to Lord Jagannath everyday afternoon in Madhyanna Dhoop. This healthy and delicious sweet is mouth melting and one of the main bhoga offerings in Jagannath puri.

Ingredients
½ cup + 2 tbsp unmelted ghee
1½ cup wheat flour
¾th cup sugar
½ cup water
2 cardamom pods
4 cloves
Pinch of nutmeg
