I can listen to Jim and Dave all day. Would be great if they came here to London, UK to give a talk or two, if not looks like I will be going to the States.
The problem with teaching is that everyone thinks they're great. They aren't willing to say in front of people ''I suck at this, help me'' because they're scared that it'll embarrass them and the solution might me too obvious. I get it with the kids I teach. It's Occam's razor - the solution is always the most simplistic. Sometimes you don't see it because of all the millions of programmes and pages of conflicting information available at the click of a button. That's why Jim and Dave are great.
Not asking even the daftest question is an abuse of an opportunity when you have the opportunity to talk to anyone that's ever achieved anything admirable

5/3/1 is great! I used it for 4 cycles, and got great gains after hitting a plateau with another program. It's part of my routine now.
