    Good advice on pausing before reacting to things that annoy or angry us. I will try to do better and create more time and distance between stimulus and reaction.
    Doing so will help keep me out of trouble. 👍

    Excellent work as always, thank you. I spent a year studying RSA/RBT with a professional and stoicism teaching is very similar only better. We all need to remind ourselves every day until it becomes second nature to our thought process. Your content always gives me a dose of courage ! Thanks.
