      I agree it should apply all the way around and I'm a man. Also, if you look at the face of all these men or most men and women that have endured a lot of stress but didn't express it have very droopy stressed out looking faces. Their face looks stressed. Know if you can learn to not let things bother you even on the inside then I think these things are applicable but I don't think holding in emotions or feelings or important opinions when you need to express them is not good for your health hence the worn out face. Even my body has aged cause of stress since I've been older trying to be more stoic and what I've found is that you truly have to not feel bothered rather than controlling your rage you shouldn't even feel rage or feel threatened by bad people around us. It takes a toll on us any way you slice it. Life is tough even if it's easy.

    I haven't even listened to it yet but you caught my attention when you said a setback I learned over life closest friend every setback is a setup for come back if you can look up you can get up and move on and go to the next challenge don't run from a challenge be like a gladiator a gladiator in Roman days bring it on we're getting knocked down again but guess what I'm going to get up when I look up I can get up give me a break society what the most important thing I learned listen what's going on around me and use my mind take challenges with my mind like a chess player can you make your move I'm going to make my move

    I believe, and try to live by all the virtues that are expressed in these teachings. However I'm not actually sure if it's a human narrating. kind of sounds like an AI generated voice, as it pronounce several words in a manner in witch no human speaking any language would. Any thoughts?

    If AI is so smart, why can’t it get the correct pronunciation of basic words? 🤔🤔 Also, the 12 principles could be consolidated into 4 or 5 since there is so much overlap and repetition. Good info, just hard to stay tuned in due to all of the repeated points.
