I don't understand why you and so many others have a problem with lady gaga playing harly quinn I mean why is it because you think she's not yung enough is it because she's a singer or do you think she's a terrible actor
I dont have a problem with her playing the role, i just said its weird. Cause typically when celebs i know from other things play acting leads it can be a little difficult to seperate the celeb from the role and just get immersed. Other than that its not that serious to me

A musical doesn’t automatically mean THEYRE singing everywhere. Not what a musical means. This is a jukebox musical, meaning their going to be dancing and acting to music THEYRE hearing in universe, not what they’re singing
there are so many dark musicals and musicals are pretty popular still, people are so ignorant.

ive noticed that young people love the joker but old people go like "todd phillips from hangover? hes a quack, f this movie, i saw this back in 1970 with robert de niro"
like legit it feels that polarizing when i see young people talk about it vs people in their 40s and 50s
maybe its moslty old movie critics and not casual movie seeing people, i dont know.
Phillips, the director himself, said it's not a musical.
