I like the way you review the boats, you give the Bad and the good. Some others only give you the good news. You’re a true reviewer of yachts and boats.
@@Yachtbuyer This was a very professional review, the editing and graphics were excellent too. The way you explained about the boat and the overall spec was outstanding, the best boat video online we need to go back to boats being taken out and used in all weathers showing how good they are, I’m fed up with boat tours, we should see boats being used. That’s my own view, well done Jack, and please say thanks to the editors too.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The flowing in the video was top quality. Top marks. Top marks also for Fairline the best Targa ever made in looks and substance. Its good to see a pure Sport Cruiser back!
Great sea trial & review video, and yes, I agree it is the best looking 40ft sports cruiser. Like the recommended options and pricing section, and agree with your comments on areas that could do with improvement.
Targa have out Targa themselves with this sports boat. Fairline have a lot of experience of building of this type of 40ft boat coping with what every conditions of the sea and wind. The inside cabin with galley and the cabins practical with nice decor having some nice little touches that makes it a bit special - like glasses and plates ect. I like her, she good as a day boat or as a weekender or for a weeks cruising with guests. Very versatile.
very nice review. I'd say we've seen already some 3-4 reviews of this same boat by all the channels; but I like this one most! however I'm a bit unsure on the fuel economy stated. if I see zooming in to the displays while it was cruising. the speed was actually 22knots. the economy was 5.1l/nm and burn rate 112l/hr. which reconciles. then with a 950l tank (where then some maybe 920l is actually usable and leaving 15-20% reserve) so we get closer to 150nm range rather than 200nm. the boat is looking stunning, very nice lines. but I really see driving it activelly is a struggle with all the obstruction and seat position. so I guess compromises went to the design side rather than the practical side. so maybe stating that it is a driving pleasure is not correct. and I guess it is ok, as those driving pleasures are more left to the Targa's from Finland :) and similar ones. Overall - looks just beautiful. well done Fairline!
Brilliant vid 👏👏 I'm not sure you were sat alluringly I couldn't see you holding a jar of cookies 😜❤️, I particularly liked the boat parking drone shot, superb, some people can't even put their shoes away that tidily 😆😉❤️🇬🇧
Is there any video out there, where we can see, how canopy is put on, taken down, put to storage on the boat. I mean - it would be useful to see, how long time it takes, the effort and so. I wish, this boat did the canopy like Marex. But not the case. So, this is important, if the boat is to be used somewhere in colder climates.
There’s no doubt, she’s an absolutely cracking boat and delivers in all areas but I can’t remember the last time I saw a boat review of which the seats don’t have bolsters… and that slightly annoys me ☹️ Great review thoughtJack, top work as always - the boat made you look like a master at docking 😉
I always enjoy your reviews but it would be nice to include a little footage of the canopies for the cockpit area to see how they work. Also, compared to Princess, this boat seems to ride very 'bow-up' which does affect the view forward.
@@Yachtbuyer Brilliant, thanks Jack. You are actually my favourite boat reviewer because you get the balance of what's important to the viewer much better than others on other channels!
Any chance Jack can do a tour of Motor Yacht Loon? I'd love to see his take on it! NautiStyles just released a Loon video today; a Loon collab would be awesome.
The sight lines when helming the boat on all the reviews I have seen concern me, the amount of standing, sitting, twisting, crouching and neck turning seems to be considerable considering the price tag on this boat but this seems to be being overlooked which is a little disappointing (although to your credit you do mention it as being an issue several times in this review). Don't get me wrong it is a beautiful boat but surely one of the most important aspects must be visibility when using the boat especially at cruising speeds and having to make turns and to me that is a very important safety aspect. However I must agree with you and others that have reviewed the boat she is stunning boat with both a beautiful interior and exterior but the looks do come at a cost which appears to be visibility, hopefully this will be addressed on later boats.
The option prices are ridiculously expensive, how they keep a straight face when charging it i have no idea, i suppose there's one born every minute, obviously Fairline recognise a mug when they see one.

I appreciate that, thank you! - Jack
And some never take them out on the open water which seems silly. It's like reviewing a car you never take out of a garage
That was the best Fairline film on the web, honest and straightforward.
Thank you 🙏

Might be the sickest opening I've seen.
🔥
I’m not particularly into boats.. but something about the chaos and elegance in the presentation has me hooked
Just watched a few of the vlogs on this boat , do seem to prefer your presentation, what a cracking boat , well demonstrated thanks
Great to hear, thanks David, and thanks for watching! - Jack

I enjoy how you wring out every boat you test. No marina queens for you. Keep it up!
Will do! 💪
This is a great yacht, nice layout and beautiful throughout. Great tour Jack thank you.

Great review. I can barely buy a paddle board but I love your videos on yachts that I’ll never own:)
Glad to hear it, thanks. 💪
Saw Aquaholic's review on this beauty as well. Kudos!
Nice review!
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks! - Jack
Lovely boat and a nice landing Sir......
💪
I was about to buy this boat, but then I saw the crooked table at 20:11 and was like, naah, let’s go for a 60HP Yamarin bow rider instead.

Another reviewer noted the need to trim once on the plane.
Thanks a lot Adam, I appreciate that - Jack
"I was just thinking the same thing, 'When will Jack trim down the bow', it was a bit annoying."
Lovely

Best boat to explore cost of Antalya
Holy **** $25,000 for the world smallest hydraulic platform is criminal
Nope that was £25k
very nice..💙
Veeeeeeery nice
A flybridge would make it better and two mercury racing six Drives with cat diesels would make it move faster
I’m not sure there’s a direct rival.
Please excuse my ignorance, who is J & J?

Brilliant little boat but 550k…that’s steep
Got that wrong it’s 700k geez….way over priced ..think of the depreciation !
USA dealers trying to sell it for $1.5 M. Nuts.
