If inhabitants would care some more, it would be an amazing city. I’m talking about some of the vandalized buildings as well as some of the facades that need repair work done. The way some of those trees are “trimmed” is a shame. Overall, it is a clean city. Very nice architecture, though. If the state was not so deeply corrupted, both EU and state funds could bring this city to pure splendor. Thanks for the walk.
