@@TheShardulofAllah what about the big temptations? Women, money, drugs etc Im reading a book by Al Ghazali on tazkiyah. If you are able to purify your heart, im wondering if that means you are able to rid yourself of the larger temptations? Of course the smaller sins will prevail regardless.
@@privatejr2702 Getting rid of temptation is not permanent. Just because you are successful for a day or a week or even a year doesn't mean you won't fall again. Thus we must strive till death and keep our guard up.

That is a poem, not the Qur'aan. It is called "Al Laamiyyah" by Ibn Taymiyyah I advise you put effort into learning Arabic, then in sha Allah you can differentiate easier barakallahu feek.

The reality is, we will never know! We are being tested as a means of expiation of our sins, for sure. If u deal with that islamically, then its good for u in the hereafter. But if u are displeased with Allaah, then it will be a punishment in this dunya and akhira. So it depends. Most of us are punished due to our sins, and if we accept it and are patient, not only will Allaah remove our sins, but we will also be rewarded for being patient. But if we are displeased with it, then it is loss for us because on top of the test here, we will also be punished in the hereafter for being displeased . so its lose lose. It all depends on our intention
