Wanna tell you how much I appreciate this. Just that it is so current. I'm late getting into modded GTA and honestly haven't been into PC game modding since late 90s early 2000s, lol. I was very big into creating my own mods for various racing games. Anyway, like I said a little late getting into this. Have been active in gaming all along but with two sons that are also gamers as well, the only affordable way was keeping them us all in consoles. My oldest is now an adult and a Marine now, he can buy his own🤣. Just changed back over to PC. Very detailed and helpful. Haven't even finished watching yet but wanted to say thanks.👍

My dude! Your video is the first one (I should include written tutorials) that *actually* explained that we have to choose "Copy to 'mods' folder" after clicking "Edit mode!" I've been searching, reading, and watching tutorials for like two weeks trying to figure out why the shit ain't working (even after following the instructions to a tee) and started feeling like a real idiot. So, big thanks on be thorough and explaining shit like a normal person - not like someone explaining shit like everyone was born with a laptop in their baby crib.

You always need to check the description of the mod or check the license or readme file for requirements and install instructions. (Just a friendly tip for anyone new to modding) :)

is there another thing we can use instead of menyoo I did everything and when I press f3 no menu comes up

I have a Mac with windows 10 (long story) anyway I did everything following the tutorial but when I open the game and press F8 or F3, nothing happens. Is this because I’m on a mac keyboard? It’s the big one that’s very similar to a windows one if it helps.
Make sure to place scripthookv and community scripthookv (scripthookvdotnet) into the MAIN gta 5 directory - let me know if that helps

I did everything besides the trainer things at the end. I can not go online
This doesn’t let me in GTA ONLINE AT ALL FOR SOME REASON I DID EVERYTHING STEP FOR STEP AND IT WORKS FOR STORY MODE BUT I CANT GET ONLINE ANYMORE NOW

Edit - A wise tip for all before modding I highly suggest you to have a copy of GTA V somewhere on your pc. So if unluckily you mess up modding and GTA starts showing errors and whatnot just delete that entire folder and get your copied folder. This way you will be safe around.
2022 and still workin thx man, for those who said it ain't workin or u can't open the menu just click FN and F8 at the same time twice. i've tried severals mod and it didn't work at first cuz i didn't click FN so make sure u include FN when u click F8

Would any of these additions conflict with the LS Life mod, as far as showing the inventory? I have tried changing it to other keys besides "K" but it only ever shows money, not drugs.
