Homemade Orange Blossom Turkish Delight Recipe | Making Authentic Orange Lokum at Home !

Today's Recipe Turkish Delight | Lokum Recipe | Orange Turkish Delight or Orange Turkish Delight with walnuts filling.

Granulated Sugar - 4 Cup
water - 1.5 Cup
Half slice of orange
Orange Zest - 2 tsp
Corn Starch - 1 Cup
Cream of tartar - 1 tbsp or Citric Acid 1/4 tsp
Orange Juice - 3 Cup
walnuts - 1 cup (for making walnuts string)
Coconut Powder for coating turkish delight

I just got back from Turkey and went crazy about this delightful confectionery. When it ran out, my husband and I were both sad so I thought maybe I can order it from Amazon. Lo, and behold!
