No wonder Honda's bikes are so reliable !!! The amount of miles those bikes can do is unreal. So simple to maintain. Parts are the cheapest. My CBR 1100XX was the best bike ever. But, I love my K1600.
My first bike was a 94 cbr f2. Loved that bike had 43,000 miles on, had to replace some parts due to the last owner neglecting it but once I got it back on the road I ran it like I stole it . Honda is trully amazing!
***** -You are correct. That design has grown on me. The first generation (03-07) looked good to but a little generic and the current body style looks a bit odd compared to the (2008-12) design. Just my opinion....still a great & balance bike.
+blackchang1981 I had a 2004 black and grey model and i loved every second of riding it, it's design and quality. I have the information that i was looking for. remeber the design change in 2012? it was for the 20th anniversary of the bike. The new bike is coming out in 2017 for the 25th anniversary of the Fireblade. It is redesigned with new fairings, full of electronics and about 200hp of power ;)
Yes, saw this on twist the throttle years ago. Always interesting to a guy like me who's done Honda parts all his life, even though chances are I'll never have a new bike, ever again.
i love honda, my historial, crm 50, cbr 1000f 89, cbr 1000f 94, cbr 1100xx 99, cbr 1100xx 2001. never have a problem, and i go to the limit. thanks honda.
+EvilCerealBoX thanks. 4:30 "whatever models produced in hamamatsu, the factory is clasic example of the japanese efficiency of quality control. the way to build the bikes is the way to define the brand." with help by wiki, they redeployed whole motorbike manufacturing lines from hamamatsu to kumamoto in 2008. so the discovery was likely to video them just be4 the deployment. ive fully understood. anyway tv stations seldom air such documentary in automobile and motorbike industry here in japan. was the title aired in ppv channel in ur country?
***** Only bikes this side of $10k are made in Thailand for the world market. Commuters and basic sport bikes. The bigger sport and touring models are still Japan made.
Interesting at 6:18 the prototype Goldwing is shown with a BMW /5 /6 rear frame, seat, swing arm, and rear wheel. Then on 6:28 the same bike is shown with 70's cigar BMW mufflers.
I’m confused. I thought dealerships put the initial oil into new bikes - does the assembly plant put oil in the motor and then drain it before shipping it to destination?
Honda is shifting their production to Thailand now though I still think the higher end models are still built in Japan. Most of the scooters are built in either Thailand or China with the exception of the Ruckus/Zoomer.
It's a little different to the Triumph factory, but only in seeing a whole batch of the same bikes come off a line like that, Triumph can do say two of one model, then 3 of another, then three more of a different one. Now that does take some organising.
If I was rich I would start a team of racers who were once factory workers, they all know the bike better than anyone, so the potential for them to be the best riders should be the highest out of anybody? I might be crazy I dunk
My current bike is a Honda (cbf 600 '05). 10 years ago i had a Kawasaki zrx 1100 r 1999, and before that a Suzuki gsf 600 1995. My next bike should be a Yamaha, not because the others are bad, it's only that i want all the 4 Japanese brands have owned. And after that when i'm a old man a Beemer lol !
Mad respect to Honda.
Honda IMO builds the best stuff their is. Its not always the fastest, that always changes, but the reliability is unbeatable.
Toop
I owned several Honda cars ,they never break down...
Amazing Japanese TOP engineering! Thank you!
The best motorcycle ever CBR 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️💪🏼
Nice to see they can build them as fast as most people wreck them.

¡No hombre, qué bárbaros los de Honda! Mis respetos a los técnicos e ingenieros de Japón.
Just bought a 05 cbr600rr and it's the best bike I've road so far, no regrets definitely my favorite bike in the garage
Thumbs up if you are watching this video at the end of 2015 and crying for Honda to design a new CBR1000RR !!!
I agree but to be honest I like the 07-12 body style. it has grown on me.
+blackchang1981 you mean 2008 to 2012? Yes that's a beautiful design.

+FREEDOM You should learn Geography first. The CBR 600/1000 RRs are still made in Japan. The other CBRs are made in Thailand. Go back to school

+hostilityy Oooh I was planning to get an R6 once I get my full licence. heheh.
hostilityy Yamaha is know for their crappy transmissions. Just go an Facebook market and look at all the Yamahas with transmission issues.
beautiful, just fucking beautiful.
This is incredible.
I put almost 40k miles on my 08 CBR600rr. Not one issue, drove that thing hard. But kept the maintenance on check.
why I own cbr 1000 RR, bad ass nice motorcycle

"Any Japanese bikes" my dad has a Honda moped from the 70's. Still running strong. XD He ride it for 40 years and it's still going.

Thanks for the upload.
Great video.. Honda FTW!

this just one of the many honda plants. this one is japan and there is one right here in the US in Tennessee
Japanese are the best in making bikes. Japanese means reliability. Love you honda love Japanese craftsmanship
Its 2024 and I cant wait to get my cbr 600rr 2007 out of winter storage. 17 years later going strong.
Honda overall products and quality control is outstanding. .I have always bought there stuff and it's always dominated.

Can barely tell the robots from the people they work so efficiently
Just bought my latest CBR600 (rr). I even own a Honda lawn mower and an Acura.
"How much does it take to buy One CBR?" some very hardworking months salary...
I can see the workers arriving at theyre work on theyre Italika motorcycles
awesome powa!!!
I’m confused. I thought dealerships put the initial oil into new bikes - does the assembly plant put oil in the motor and then drain it before shipping it to destination?
Honda is second to none in motorcycles.
"How much does it take to build One CBR?"
"About 3,600 Seconds, 1 Hour."
I LOVE HONDA
I think i saw my bike!😂
Hey what series was this?? Never saw this on discovery channel and can't find on TH-cam in English audio.. can u plz tell me??

Dear honda, please make V4-NRengine onemore time.
Oval piston 32valve engine great.また見たい、乗りたい。
バイクもクルマもHONDAばかり35年、昔、CVIC やNSRには当時夢中でした。

beautiful
I won't one so bad! I wished they still made the 2008 cbr.... man... :( Finding the right one is so difficult.
Oh... they were factoring 2004-2007 CBR1000RR!!! I thought it was 2007-2012 CBR600RR.
It is a cbr600rr
awesome!!!!
Beautiful
Its sad and pity that these great people are slowly dying out ...
That’s cool that Jackie Chan agreed to do the show.
that 600rr is my dream
4:57 did Jacky Chan use to work for Honda?

my CBR650R got assembled in Thailand :DD there you go quality control....
What an efficient, clean factory!
It's only the assembly factory, apparently. Where the parts are machined it won't be so clean.
Throws the break in procedure in the service manual out the window?
Honda cbr 250 r my bike 6 years perfect
I love my Fireblade, however Honda is the only japanesse bike maker I would buy from.
I do love my Harley and Triumphs.
hondas are durable as fuck. i can agree with that. my 1991 cbr 600 f2 still runs like it just came off the line.
Японец крепкий,
id really love to buy a cbr even if its just a 150 r but its a bit expensive.
Hondas & Yamahas for me
Honda the Legend
I know why these bikes are so fast, Jackie chan works there! Lmao
Absolutely. He looks like Jackie
If I was rich I would start a team of racers who were once factory workers, they all know the bike better than anyone, so the potential for them to be the best riders should be the highest out of anybody? I might be crazy I dunk
thanks Honda !
they're the best, indeed.
la mejor marca durabilidad y calidad y rendimiento
