Bath is a beautiful place. I’ve been a few times but never to the baths. I’ve loved revisiting it through your eyes. Happy birthday to both of your children. 😊
Hey 👋 aw thank you so much. My husband and I hadn’t been to Bath since before the kids so we were well overdue a visit, it’s such a great city to explore because everything is easy to walk to. We definitely want to go back as we didn’t have time to visit the Roman baths or see some of the other attractions. Thank you for watching, I appreciate it 🤗

It was a wonderful, unforgettable trip for you as a family. Your family is wonderful. I enjoyed accompanying you so much. Your video was excellent. The cottage you had in Bath was beautiful. I would love to stay there. What a great city with the historic houses and great shops. I love antiques too and would have loved to spend a day there with you! Bath was really lovely, we were so lucky with the sunshine ☀️ when we were in the warm roof top pool, and the sun was shining, It felt like it was summer and we were on holiday 😂☀️
The kids seemed to have a great time too, although I think they were happy to indulge us parents, and will now want to go away with their friends and younger people 😂 but we got to enjoy being with them for their special birthdays, so I feel very lucky!
Oh how I’d love a day antiquing with you and all the other lovely people here, it’d be so much fun! 🤩

Hi Angela, what a wonderful trip to “Baff” yes I pronounce it like that as on come from the city next to Baff ! 😅 you were so lucky with the weather though. I can’t believe both your children ere born on the same day and celebrate significant birthdays! I have not been to Bath for some time and the Spa etc looks amazing and luxurious. I could spend all day myself in the Antique Emporium can’t get enough of old stuff! Looks like you all had a great time. 🤗 Suze. X

Hi Angela this video was so lovely. My daughter age 11) was meant to be born on the same day in Oct as my son age 16 but as I had to have a C-section they brought her forward a week! Looks like your two had an amazing birthday🎉 xx

Congrats to your kids - a good day - my dad was born on Jan 27 in 1922 and lived to 88. I'm heading to Bath - I'm a Mancunian so guess how I still (after 40 years in the south) pronounce it - in the Spring. You've shown us lovely things to see. I haven't got round to watching your previous video - must do, so as I've watched the series on Lady Jane Grey recently shown on BBC4.

Ah a fellow 27th jan, what a grand age, wonderful 🥰 oh I’d forgotten how lovely Bath is, we’d not been since before the kids, so a long time… there’s lots to see, but the city is compact and everything is easy to walk to, so exploring is lovely and not arduous at all… spring will be glorious! Leave plenty of time for shopping as there were so many lovely independent shops too. Lovely coffee shops, restaurants… etc. we didn’t have time to do the Roman baths (although hubby and I had both been as kids) but we’d make time to visit them when we go back, and maybe a posh afternoon tea in Thr Pump room… 🤗

Thank you so much ☺️ honestly, I didn’t find Bath too touristy at all, there were a few little souvenir shops around the Abbey which were a bit “London” type stuff, but the rest of the city was charming, it’s also very compact so everything is easy to walk to, I’d highly recommend, and a weekend would be enough to see everything. We didn’t get time to visit the Roman baths (husband and I had been as kids) but again I’d recommend, and we’d revisit again for sure x x

Been to Bath , my sister lives just behind the Crescent, visited in summer & Christmas in times past and what memorable times we made!

I didn’t mean they should visit Jane Austen, it’s just everyone who goes to Bath mentions the awful “Bridgerton”, but no mention of Jane Austen ❣️
Hey, oh yes I love Jane Austen, much classier than Bridgerton haha, 😜 but I love the colour, costumes and easy viewing of Bridgerton ☺️ of course my absolute fav JA films are Pride & Prejudice and Jane Eyre… so beautiful.
Next time we go to Bath will probably just be myself and my husband so we’ll get to explore more stuff we enjoy ☺️

A really lovely vlog. So relaxing to watch and heartening to see such a lovely family time. How lovely and amazing they share their birthdays three years apart. My son was born on my 32nd birthday so we have shared our birthdays for the last 29 years which is lovely.

Lovely vlog. Bath is gorgeous even on my visits when it invariably rained! The Spa is great too & of course the history. What a lovely Birthday celebration for your children ( now adults).☺️
It really is! We’d not been for years and years, so I’d forgotten how charming it is, and nice and compact so very easy to explore! I can’t believe they’re all grown up, although I still worry about them both 😂
