Each bend you have in the exhaust is a place where ash falls out of suspension in the airstream from the fan.. that double bend is a killer and you need to consider raising the stove to a height that would eliminate one bend. With everything cold you can use a powerful wet dry vac which you want to do at the end of every season. The fact that unburned pellets are getting to the blower is a problem as well.. they should never get there. But! Great videos on this stove and your experiences with it!
Maybe if you would have read the manual you would have saved yourself a lot of grief. It tells you in the manual you have to clean out the exhaust fan area before use every season. I have had mine for 8 years and never had that problem because I have cleaned that area out and vacuum any ash and use a pellet stove brush on a drill to clean out all the ports. The other thing is this unit has a diagnostic mode and if you use it you will know what functions are working and what is not. Your fan problem would have taken about 20 seconds in diagnostic mode to let you know the fan was bad. It helps to read. Good Luck..
Hi...any chance you could give me a quick lesson on how to set up the control box on top. I bought this stove used and didnt get a manual. Ive had other stoves but this one seems to be odd in the way u start it? it ignites and gets warm but then once it gets up to temp...it wants to shut off and reads hopper empty, when its not? thanks for any help
The switch under the lid might be bad. You can try stripping the wires and connecting them. See if that solves it. And obviously you need pellets in the hopper. A good amount. Not just a few at the bottom.
@NickMango okay thank you good to know it's a fairly new machine that I got off somebody that didn't want it anymore you may be correct on the pellet amount my other stoves will burn right down to the last pellet I have noticed when this shuts down I've noticed there's about three handfuls of pellets left I thought that was odd
The exhaust blower is pulling and pushing for air intake and exhaust. And there’s a blower for heat into the room. Watch my long term pellet stove review video.
This is a common issue with all pellet stoves. Smokers and grills can seemingly never get an issue unlike a stove. Edit: common issue means just one of many. I have never heard of someone not having problems.

It has to be something common to both units. i.e. That exhaust IS clogged lol

The manual is online.
Hello Nick do you not have to hock up the air intake to outside air?
You don’t, but if your house is brand new and you got spray foam, you should consider it. Or run it through the floor to the basement.
Is there a blower for the room or into the room, and a blower for the burning pellets, air onto the pellets?
