Nice "Tongue and Cheek" video title. First I was like....What!?! But you have a lot of great info and some nice photo pics. Yup, this is the best cat for us. Thank you for bringing attention to this breed to youtube audience. PS: Our vet said sometimes people are mistaken between the Van Breed and the natural occurring Van color pattern. Turkish Van's have a different center of gravity than other cat breeds and unique conformation. A wedge shaped face and high cheek bones. Also a Turkish Van is different from a Turkish Angora. Again the skeletal center of gravity is different between the two. All things I had not known. Plus, when our T.V.s were kittens, their ears seemed way too large in proportion for their heads until they reached adulthood. Yup, we'd tell them "someday, little darlings, your ears will match your body!" 😆 🤔 Has anyone else found the disproportionately large ears were a thing they noticed about their kittens/young first year-olds too? I'm curious 🤔

Roxy, my Turkish Van, was the absolute BEST BEST BEST cat we ever owned. We just put her down today at 18 years old and it was the most difficult thing I've EVER done.
I had 2 Turkish van kittens from the same litter given to me many years ago. The male kitten would bring me a toy and I would throw it like a dog and he would fetch it and bring it back to me. They hardly shed and very affectionate. They loved water, they would drink it with there paws. I had a drinkwell water fountain so they loved water. I had them for 17 years. I loved to brush them often. I missed them both
Mine does this too! The drinking with their paws. They are mischievous, but so cute, and so cuddly. Mine tried to climb out of the window above my backdoor. I don’t know how she even did it. They are strong too. Incredible creatures. ❤️
Love😅able and spends every night with me,likes outside in evening and has own place to sleep A beautiful Companion Cat that obeys words ,up, move comes to a whistle and does tricks .never uses his claws a gentle friend and I wouldn't be without him
I had two boys who where a bit dog like. Both of them played fetch. And loved to cuddle and both would love to sleep with us. Lovely cats and after twenty years I still miss them..
My van is obsessed with playing. He’ll meow like he wants to cuddle, and immediately try and run and play. He hides around corners and lunges at me. He’s my window seal cat that wakes me up at 5 in the morning ready to play.
Okay… I have a Turkish Van and, at first, she was NOT into cuddling. She was (and still kinda is) the BIGGEST scaredy cat of all time but, like the video said, she is VERY VERY CURIOUS. You can see her conflicting desires warring within her fluffy little body: She simultaneously loves and hates new things. She runs and hides from but will continually investigates new things. She’s so needy but I know her better than anyone else. I know her body language and she comes when she’s ready to cuddle. And when she does choose to cuddle… she’s the best cuddler of all time. I’m talking face to face, aggressive hugging, and scratching (me scratching her not the other way around). After we had some good cuddle sessions initiated by her, she allowed me to initiate some. Now I can interact with her whenever I want. Though I’m the only one she allows to mess with her. I scare her all the time, chase her around the house while stomping behind her, I pick her up and hug her so tight all the time, etc… but it takes time to get to that point. It takes investment. I also feed her like a queen. Her name is Miss Dolly and she’s a little lady. So I feed her the Mega Pack of Tiki Cat (which has just about every meat and seafood you could think of: from lobster, salmon, and crab to chicken, calamari, and shrimp. I feed her half wet food (of that Tiki Cat brand), half of the best dry food (I use Nulo Medal Series), 1 quail egg with shell, 1 tbsp salmon oil, 2 tbsp of bone broth, 1 tsp of probiotics, and freeze dried shrimp topper for teeth cleaning. Her fur is INSANELY soft. She also has two hearts on each side of her predominantly white body (the one characteristic of Turkish Vans). So, if she were in a cat show, her stage name would be ❤️“Queen of Hearts”❤️
Mine to very skittish. Friendly enough. Very playful. Not into getting picked up or held . She gets along with other cats. Hides whenever any other human comes over and will not come out until they leave . She's a good cat overall . But yeah she's scared and runs away whenever we walk around the house. Had her since she was a baby. Showed up at our door covered in fleas .gave the baby a flea bath and took her in . She didn't budge or try and get away when bathing her and removing the fleas . It looked like someone sprinkled a pepper shaker on her wet fur . Poor baby ! We then meticulously removed every little black dot we saw and dried her off . That was 5 years ago she's a happy , healthy , playful cat . Just not a very sociable one other than me and the wife and our other cats . All indoor cats and all are fixed with their shots .
Just found out thru iOS that my adopted cat is a Turkish van. His name is Lucki and he has the most personality and is so friendly to everyone and loves to be pet. He definitely gets bored easily and throws zoomie tantrums pretty regularly, so this video will help me know to keep him entertained.
My male van is a loud fur ball that wants constant scratches, food, water and attention. Doesn’t like to be held or touched on belly and feet. He is curious about anything and also likes to explore. I think he loves me 🤗
I think we have a Turkish van cat, but I want to know for sure. He is a big boy, and I always found him odd!! He loves to play, makes me turn on the shower to a sprinkle several times a day so he can play in the water and groom himself, and sheds incessantly! He looks like a Turkish van! Never even heard of them until my nephew said I think this is our cat breed. How we rescued him? Well he climbed into my nephews engine and hitched a ride home. He was an older kitten at the time! Thank God he wasn't harmed. My mom heard crying and found him hiding under the hood! He is the most amazing cat I have ever known, but he thinks he is a dog. I found a seller in the area because after researching I know they are rare and usually bred and bought. He is about 4 now and I truly wish we would have known this info years ago and tracked down his owner. Thanks for the video
My Turkish Van cat was a cuddle cat, when the time was right. He was an all around great cat. Very athletic and very inteligent Since he had 2half Van cats to keep him company, he was okay with being alone. ❤ to all cats.
I have a male Turkish van. I answered an ad with no pic or description. I didn't see the cat until I went to meet him. I have him more than a year before knowing his breed!
My Turkish Van cat Sheebie was the most loving cat I’ve ever had. I did not mind her hair shedding as I totally loved her too. She followed me everywhere, always on my lap and on my bed at night. She would also be there at the garden gate waiting for me every time I finished work ❤️❤️❤️ She lived for 20 years. I reluctantly had to put her to sleep because she suffered from facial cancer. In the end, I could not get her to eat. I sobbed my heart out for years afterwards for her. I now have a Turkish ‘Angora’, a mistake made by the breeder. He’s beautiful but he’s not as loving as Sheba. He’s bi-coloured, sandy & white. He is also ‘pointed’ which makes him extremely rare for his breed 🐈
This is our cat breed! We have Two in the family. They shed so much less in volume compared to the other cat breeds. They are missing an fur undercoat!. Much less hair everywhere. Plus my husband is less allergic to this breed. Our cats think they are dogs! This breed plays fetch! They choose when to cuddle, this is true. They'd rather sit beside you while watching TV or on your laptop, than in your arms. They are loyal and their energy and independence are worth it all.
Our cats that are vans they lose hardly any fur. My husband is not allergic to this breed. My cats also snuggle a ton! The hey do play a lot and interact with our dogs extremely well! They are so cute and have a great attitude!
I have to disagree - my Van loves loves loves to cuddle. He is aggressively affectionate, and he does NOT like to go outdoors. He was high energy as a kitten, but is now your typical cat - sleep, eat, cuddle, repeat.
I’d also add Vans can be quite aggressive in comparison to other cats, neutering slowed my male Van down but he will still fearlessly attack stray dogs or other cats that wander onto my property and has been known to bite people he doesn’t know. They are definitely obsessed with water and shed a lot of hair.
For those who want to get a van wich is going to live outdoors, microchip it, they are expensive breeds, and people are not hesitant to steal them, mine has a collar with an tracker, aswell as an microchip, the women who stole my cat was smart enough to throw the collar away before stealing my T.V. but luckely dumb enough to just sell her with a contract, the new owners brought her to an vet and from there on i had her back.. even if it doesnt work always for that chance that might bring back a valuable asset and frankly a even more valuable companion it is well worth.
My boy seems to break the mould. He's a lazy guy, only wants to play for about 30min a day, super clingy and cuddly, doesn't shed much and has no desire to go outside. Seems I really lucked out!
Mine is a Turkish van according to my iPhone! He is a beautiful white cat with one blue and one green eye. He hates being held and cuddled, he loves to play fetch which I found so interesting !! and he is very energetic. He loves to play, run, bite and sometimes bothers my other cats who love to laze around all day
me watching this while my turkish Van laying on my lap , cuddling and is not interessted going outside, and wants to chill wherever i am. HMM.... my cat is broken
I adopted cat a couple of years ago and recently I found out he's a Turkish Van. His sense of life is adventure and he can wander outside for the whole day. Once he even drove at the roof of the car. I bet he could play a stuntman in the movies. He's not into cuddles and comes to me only when he wants so he's quite independent with it but he loves his brother cat. And he's so much into water. That's an abolutely amazing creature.
So funny, my little guy is the opposite. He loves being picked up and will let you carry him around the house, but isn’t much for cuddles unless we’ve played for like 2 hours lol
I have a White with black one named Koda. He was a rescue. High energy? He par cores off my couch. Runs back and par cores off the same exact spot! He is ready to play at 5 am. If he's not playing, he's sitting on my chest purring so loud, my husband calls it his "generator". He's my buddy. Explore? Yes! He has no fear. Little snot has to stay in or he's off and we can't find him. We built him and his Tabby sibling a "Catio"
My T.V cat, May is not a cat like a dog but just a dog. We were shocked that she would run to us whenver we called her on the first day that we took her home. She loves humans and wants to be loved any stronger who visits our home. She is so smart and understands many sentences. She is extremely affectionate but would hit me so hard on my head if I dont give what she wants or do what she does not like. ❤
As a Van owner I agree on all the points! He loves to bite sometimes too. I think someone in the family has to put the crossing line and let him know rigorously that he crossed it. They are very intelligent in that sense. You can see it in the eyes. When we come back home he always runs to the door to greet us :) I don’t think that’s a very catlike treat. We adore him but at the same time you must be aware to set the boundary. These cats are definitely not cuddling teddy bears. He loves to sleep with us in the bed, but NEVER not even ones have we noticed in any sense a desire or willingness to come and seat on the lap. Was getting me upset at the beginning but we are used to it ). Like people, cats are not the same and don’t have the same traits and temperament. And he is so clean :) Not even once ever have we noticed any odor coming from his fur or body. We are getting used to each other with every day more and more. He is now 9 month old.
My mother has a van cat facility...you may want to add not child friendly, shedding not so bad every spring though snake like shedding occurs massive mats come off, cuddling depends on how it is bred...hope that helps.
I'm sorry but I do have a van cat and he likes to stay inside during the day time even though he enjoys wandering at night. But in the day time, he's a genuine interior cat, more than my other cats. And I'm sorry too, but he loves to be cuddled all the time and is asking for it ! My mum is like his true mum and he does not leave her. In fact, he sometimes behaves like a dog and can be grunting like a dog, I've never seen a cat do that. But the other points are right : he's shedding all the time, autumn, spring, summer and winter, his hair is so dense (he will leave hair everywhere) does not like to be alone and is very very curious (needs mental stimulation as you said). In the wole, van cats are treasures and are adorable, they do not look like and they do not behave like other cats, and if you have a big garden and live in the countryside, they'll be happy with you. I would also add they are oh so intelligent, know how to open the doors, and they are very very sensitive cats, oversentsitive in a way (mine is like that anyway). What's more, they are massive cats, very long and athletic !
I do not know if my cat is purely a van cat, but she definitely has many of this characteristics, she sheds nonstop, she is active and she does not like much cuddling, just petting
My Turkish Van is my baby and best friend,I won’t give her for anything in this world. All cats need their space and time, cats are like this no matter what breed they are. And she do like to sleep and chill next to me every single day, also she likes cuddles and indeed she’s very playful too. Your video about them is very extreme and you make them look what they’re not.
Well, every point that you've mentioned applies to my Turkish van cat. However, as far as we are concerned with cuddling, yes my cat does not like all that cuddling but it loves sleeping with me in my room (due to the cool/air-conditioned environment) and it keeps demanding for massage (prefers it much more than playing other games). And about it's active behaviour, it still loves going out on adventures, even though it's at least 15 years old. What's more, it even pronounces the word 'mama' when asking my mother for food
As this post suggests, a pure-bred Turkish Van may be difficult. But there are attributes to this breed that will work well in mixes. I have a mutt cat that most certainly has some Turkish Van blood, but is mostly Tabby, what I call Domestic M (cuz of the "M" stripe on their foreheads.) I've had a great many such tabbys, but this guy is really different. A friend met him and said, "he has some Turkish Van in him". I'd never heard of TV, but in researching, I saw similarities in the bow-footed hind legs and the unique walk, the intensely colored eyes, and now all of these traits, or traces of these traits, that are attributed to a TV. My cat, Walt, is independent and loyal. Great outdoor cat. Incredibly communicative. Unbelievably dedicated and secure to us. Super smart and a dedicated hunter. Also super healthy. He is the best cat I've ever had. And I have had a great many cats. And I truly believe that what makes this Domestic M Tabby totally different from all the rest is that he has a bit of Turkish Van in him. We got him from the local SPCA. We just lucked out. Look for those bow-foot back paws, and super intensely colored eyes. My Walt has crazy green eyes.
I have two Turkish Van Cats. I purchased both as Kittens from different cat parents, but from the same Cattery. The older Cat is Black/White, sheds his coat in the Summer. Is much quieter than the other. Only wants to cuddle with my wife. Doesn't like sharing toys . Enjoys being groomed. The younger Cat is Reddish Brown/White. Is 11 months younger than the other. Is the alpha male of the two. Has a thick Summer Coat, tends to shed more in the winter. Very vocal. Enjoys grooming. Both Cats cuddle occasionally together. Both enjoy hiding in high places. Are strictly indoor cats. Have Cat trees and many toys to amuse them. Purposely got two Turkish Van cats to keep the other company when left alone. Not sorry I chose this breed.
I just got a turkish van kitten it was given to me by a neighbor and she doesn't stay still she's all over.. lol I didn't realize the breed until her eyes changed. One eye is grey, with a marbled green and the other is blue with a marbled green. Her eyes are beautiful. Her mom has emerald eyes..
Had one now for 5 years. It has been the most chaotic adjust period of my LIFE. Im not kidding. I didnt buy a cat. I bought a dog/ tiny toddler. Needs to be next to me ALWAYS. Always meowing. Dominant. Roamy. Stares and analyzes you. Sees into your soul. Dont underestimate their species. They can be trained like dogs. Ive had to train mine to LAY DOWN. And he does upon command. Always licking. Loving cat. But mannn.
These are the greatest cats alive , 😊 . Some of the generalitys are not true of all of them tho i have known all of them to like cuddling . Maby more when they want it then we would like to but they do cuddle a fair amount with who ever they bond with .
My Snowball I just found out seems like he is a Turkish Van cat..he is 3 years old in May 2023..he is white but has pink ears, nose, paw pads and a tiny grey patch on his head..though he HATES getting near water lol..he WILL get in the tub so long as there's no running water..
Hey friend, don't get me wrong, I'm a Turk and it's wrong to make such a video about Van cats. The fact that they don't like to hug and aren't active doesn't make them any different from other cats. Other cats are also active and don't like to hug.
I wonder if you all have some advice about lasers - Joni reeeeeeeeeeally enjoys playing with the laser but maybe it’s torturing her! She goes insane and will cry and cry and cry and CRY AND CRY for hours after I can no longer play laser with her. What do you think? Is it best to just keep it away from her?
My cats good with cuddles, but only when I’m standing as soon as I lay down or sit down he’s out of there but if I’m standing for 15 minutes he’ll stay in my arms I think it’s the height
All my cats are energetic, love high places, always hunting, they shed too! I brush my cats as they like it. My Tuxedo boy doesn't like cuddling or being held. I don't care he lays on feet, legs or next to me. Lol he hates kisses 😂
My Turkish van is cuddly lol just not all the time . And he likes to push everything off the table. Chess board nope not out in the open anymore. The boy can jump
I have four feral kittens from the same liter that I’ve taken in. 2 of them are Turkish Vans and they are very cuddly and affectionate. They love laying on my lap for pets and they sleep in my bed with me so I have no idea what this video is on about lol
Mine loves to cuddle when he wants and loves to jump run and play fetch. But after a 2 hour energy dump he naps in the sun till dinner then he has his night time playtime with me and his freind who is an insane English short-haired who never runs out of energy. Also yes my cats have a cat way through my house with hiding spots and lookouts. They stay busy when I'm at work and have a neighbor I pay to come over in ther after noon to play with them when I'm at work, perfect for them 😊
The white Turkish Van in this video looked just like my cat Samantha! She had odd-eyes like this cat! She was so l me oving and friendly to everyone but was so protective of me.
You are showing. The angora cat. From the capital city of Ankara. They have 1 blue and 1 green color eyes. And the van cat it is a beautiful cat. The only cat that likes to take a shower every day. They Love to play with water. But some of them. are extremely mellow and likes to play. with the owner. And they are extremely intelligent, smart. And we the turks love our cats. Don't matter if they are street cat or not. We will pick them up. And take them to the vet clinic. 1 cat took her kitten to the vet on her own.😅🤣😂. Because the kitten was under nourished. And the smallest. She understood that if she takes him. to the humans in the clinic. They will help him. How did she understand 😳 🤔?? It is a animal clinic. And to trust humans?? And before she left. She go to each humans in the clinic. Rubbing herself on their legs. To say thanks 😊. Animal are smarter. than we give them credit. And this cat 🐈 in Turkish town of konya I think 🤔??sorry I forgot the town??she was just sitting on the sidewalk. And she had a sign. Please help don't walk away imty handed. And she got a lot of money 💰 😅🤣😂. It was a joke but people. dropped a lot of money. Imagen the Kind heart's of the people in turkey 🇹🇷. I come from turkey. And I remember every house had a cat. The angora, van cat.
Why are most of the pictures not of Van cats? Van cats do not have beautiful blue eyes, they have one eye blue and one eye green and usually deaf in one ear.
As w/any pet that you are considering adopting, do yo research!😂 My Turk Mr. Christian Morning Star is soooo sweet & yes he runs & chases his 2 brothers! There is some truth to this video. Remember (as w/anything) they may not be for you......❤❤❤

For the record, my Turkish Van is REALLY cuddly. (Atleast when they’re not too busy getting into trouble)
My Turk V’s are very cuddly and head bumping me constantly. Never too active. They do hate to be alone though.
Hi there , I have a question! My Turkish van is not growing in size like my other cat is ! Do Turkish vans have slow growth?
YES SAME
All of mine are cuddly.
Mine stay inside too.

Roxy, my Turkish Van, was the absolute BEST BEST BEST cat we ever owned. We just put her down today at 18 years old and it was the most difficult thing I've EVER done.
I'm so sorry
My Kallie made it to 18 and I had her from a kitten it broke my heart to lose her. She knew my name and called me Mama when she was upset!
I know that grief all too well, we had our Turks for 18 years too, They are so missed.

My Turkish Van cat was a cuddle cat, when the time was right. He was an all around great cat. Very athletic and very inteligent
Since he had 2half Van cats to keep him company, he was okay with being alone. ❤ to all cats.
I have a male Turkish van. I answered an ad with no pic or description. I didn't see the cat until I went to meet him. I have him more than a year before knowing his breed!
I have a turkish van cat and he is the best
Me to 😅
My Turkish Van cat Sheebie was the most loving cat I’ve ever had.
Where did u get Angora?

I just realized that I am a Turkish Van Cat

Same!
My little Turkish Van is very cuddly and playful!
They are loyal and their energy and independence are worth it all.
great info thanks for sharing!
He was high energy as a kitten, but is now your typical cat - sleep, eat, cuddle, repeat.
vans are cool!
A safe cat is an inside cat.
They don't like to be picked up but they will cuddle. Mine cuddles with me and constantly wants to be close to me just not picked up lol
I found a kitten Turkish van about 8 years ago full of fleas and briers I had to clean him up and nurse him back to health. He’s been a good cat.
I had a Norwegian Forest cat from 2002-2019.
He was a real animal👍😁
Wonderful Turkish Cat ❤
Turkey is the capitol of Cats ❤🇹🇷
love these cats!
Turkish car? They’re Armenian Van cats…
My van is such a sweety and I'm glad I found her at the shelter ❤️❤️
My mother has a van cat facility...you may want to add not child friendly, shedding not so bad every spring though snake like shedding occurs massive mats come off, cuddling depends on how it is bred...hope that helps.
How can we get one?
We have several Turkish Van's, they all cuddle! Extremely playful, sweet, and loving.
I found my Turkish van in a bush so I didn’t really get a choice, but I’m glad to know he and I have the same personality 😂
Are you sure it s turkish van cat? Your cat should be turkish angora cat.
I do not know if my cat is purely a van cat, but she definitely has many of this characteristics, she sheds nonstop, she is active and she does not like much cuddling, just petting
My TV is just like you described! Always in the mood for playing. He likes to sit close to me - as long as I don’t pet him😅
My Turkish Van is my baby and best friend,I won’t give her for anything in this world.
My Turkish van is the best cat I’ve ever had
I had one from 2009 til 2019 miss her every day she lived with my grandparents
My turkish van is the greatest companion I could ever ask for. But they do in fact love cuddles:)
Turkish Angora are very similar and are the best cats imaginable. They live long also
As this post suggests, a pure-bred Turkish Van may be difficult.
My Walt has crazy green eyes.
i have a turkish can and he is extremely cuddly he will meow at me to sit down or lay down to cuddle 😭
haha nice!
I will definitely
Get a Turkish cat
It's funny when you Google this breed it says they don't shed much
I have to Turkish van cats and i luv them but the amount of fur they leave on my bed after one night is unbelievable
Factual.
Loving cat. But mannn.
They are the best cats ever
I rised my Turkish van cat she love cuddling she sleep next me evrynight and she is lovely sweet heart
They are very rare in USA. They DO NOT have a double coat. Do your homework before making videos on this breed.
We r turkish and we have two cats, one of them is a van cat. He is amazing.
Fluffy my Turkish van she’s such a deva she always goes on her back
These are the greatest cats alive , 😊 . Some of the generalitys are not true of all of them tho i have known all of them to like cuddling . Maby more when they want it then we would like to but they do cuddle a fair amount with who ever they bond with .
My turkish van is incredibly cuddly and doesnt like the outside because its far too cold. She walks out but runs right back in 😊
My Snowball I just found out seems like he is a Turkish Van cat..he is 3 years old in May 2023..he is white but has pink ears, nose, paw pads and a tiny grey patch on his head..though he HATES getting near water lol..he WILL get in the tub so long as there's no running water..
My Turkish van is sooo cuddly Cuddles EVERY NIGHT OR WHENEVER SHE WANTS
I have a Van and it doesn't shed anywhere close to other cat breeds. Plus, their fur coats don't get matted.
I got 2 of them. They are mother and daughter. They like to cuddle all the time and sleep on my bed
Nice!
They are the best breed to have
You know what I love cats with energy because when they’re lazy they stay away under the bed and you can’t find them
You buggin my van cuddles with me every night
They do not have double coat. They have long silky single coat cashmere like extra soft coats that lay sort of flat rather than fluffy.
Hey friend, don't get me wrong, I'm a Turk and it's wrong to make such a video about Van cats. The fact that they don't like to hug and aren't active doesn't make them any different from other cats. Other cats are also active and don't like to hug.
Were you offended by the video????
Yeah I used to have two of them two brothers of the Turkish fans when I was a kid and they were the best cats beautiful
Aw zi love them. Mine had green eyes - she lived to age 19.
Mine is a talkative love bug couch potato, and he likes water in the form of condensation on a cold drink lol
I have one. Lowkey regret it but I love him too but can a turkish van have black eyes?
All my cats are energetic, love high places, always hunting, they shed too! I brush my cats as they like it. My Tuxedo boy doesn't like cuddling or being held. I don't care he lays on feet, legs or next to me. Lol he hates kisses 😂
Once you go Van, you never go back ❤
Man this does not describe my Turkish Van's at all
I love my Turkish van but he’s still a kitten and likes to play rough with my 8 years old calico. He doesn’t listen 😅
I love my turkish van ❤
I have a Turkish van she’s crazy and I have a black cat that’s soo chill lol
I see the video
I get one anyway
Don't try to stop me!
Haha!
@@catsnow :)
Screw those shelter cats!
I have a Turkish cat always follows me when I’m going to school
Nerden aldiniz hocam?
Imagen the
Kind heart's of the people in turkey 🇹🇷. I come from turkey. And I remember every house had a cat. The angora, van cat.
You guys think i should get a cat patio for a turkish van?
What?? My van is a cuddly lap and nap cat. It's all she wants to do 💛
My Turkish van male is a total cuddle bug to my girlfriend. He also meows a certain way to let me know he wants uppsies and rides on my shoulders.
Got 2 of them.. the older is the laziest ever.. the younger is full of energy.. but both cuddle as hell...
These are all the reasons I love my puppy… I mean Turkish Van. Seriously they are like the dogs of the cat world, just more independent.
That’s great!
Why are most of the pictures not of Van cats? Van cats do not have beautiful blue eyes, they have one eye blue and one eye green and usually deaf in one ear.
Lol, they are the best! ❤❤❤
yes
I have a Turkish van and he asks me to play with him
I have Turkish van cat
got one
As w/any pet that you are considering adopting, do yo research!😂 My Turk Mr. Christian Morning Star is soooo sweet & yes he runs & chases his 2 brothers! There is some truth to this video. Remember (as w/anything) they may not be for you......❤❤❤
All his cats are Turks
They also like swimming.
Mine likes to drink of the tap and to watch the waterdrops when I take a shower - but he does not like to get wet himself.
Im an Turkish girl and ı love van cats
And ı heard turkish van cats likes to swim
But some of them dont like the swim
