- This Speaker was requested to be reviewed and it will be but first I wanted to upload a disassembly video of it before uploading the review.
TG 117 has two passive radiators and two 5W 4 ohm drivers
The Passive radiators were glued on really well so it took me awhile to peel them off.
If you are wondering if this is a loud speaker? YES! It is a very loud speaker. The Bass is okay but thats just me.

These speakers sound like nuts. No bass and muddy sound. No wonder, thanks to no sound adaption or any DSP sound correction.

Unmask for what'(t)s? yes, that's trinket! Curious have you satisfied seen the assembly copy of jbl? 2 × 5 watts cones and 2 resonator bass diaphragms. 10 watts rated limit power.
I Consider Buying TG162 The Passive Radiator Is More Better, And The Enclosure Is Also Nice, But In Other Way, Some TG117 Have Air Leaks Problem, Maybe It's Their Sealing The Ports And Passive Radiator...
I think out of all the TG Speakers I bought the TG 505 is better in my opinion but yeah the TG 117 passive radiators have less movement when playing heavy bass music. It is loud though.

If you're looking for bass this speaker won't do it, TG 113A is better and cheaper.

It just depends on you and what you look for in a speaker.
I would recommend this but you need to handle with care
These speakers sound crappy because they are mono sound. Why they would combine the left and right chennels into both speakers tells you alot about the quality control. Basically it provides sound via bluetooth, Definately not HiFi stereo.

Possible to resolder the connecting wires to make them Stereo...since it does comes with 2 speaker drivers?
I think the amplifier is just mono, so if you want to have a stereo sound you need to replace it with a different amplifier. But that's a lot of work.

Some sellers don't know a lot about what they sell, they will say anything just to make sure the products sell fast.

Perhaps is also the manufacturer that's misleading in the first place with the packaging box printed as "Stereo BT Speakers".
Hi. May I check if it is normal for the Buttons panel keeps flashing with backlight while operating/ playing music? Mine keeps flashing while playing thru Bluetooth or FM radio.

How do you remove panel rubber cover without damaging
Simply leave the middle portion in place; you only need to access the screws hidden beneath those rubber flaps.
Hey bro, is it even possible to connect both AUX and charge cables at once? It seems so tight...
Also, can you suggest real stereo bluetooth speakers? Is there one from T&G?
You can't connect the charger if your using the aux cable, it won't fit.
The best stereo speaker from T&G that I found is the TG 152 but I am not too sure about the battery life because I did not test it when I had it.

I TESTED THE FM RADIO IT WILL NOT WORK BECAUSE IT DOESN'T COMES WITH BUILT IN ANTENNA...
IT WILL ONLY WORK IF YOU HOOK UP THE MICRO USB CABLE TO THE MICRO USB PORT.. AND IT'S LOOKS UGLY, HANGING LIKE A TAIL....

Yeah you can but I don't think it's worth your time, it doesn't sound good even with a new speaker box.

Or do you think like let’s say I had some cool antique little thing that I wanted to turn into a Bluetooth speaker do you think I should just order all the components to do so? I don't think they have a website or support on fixing the speakers if it's broken. I tried looking but couldn't find any.
Is there fit another 18650 if I want to add 1pc?
I don't think so, but one good quality 18650 should be good enough to last the whole day or two, depending on the volume you use it at.

I don't think their is another way to charge it if the port is broken.

I did a stereo test on mine and it was pure mono on Bluetooth, haven’t checked the aux or SD card

This model doesn't play stereo, doesn't matter what you use.

Yeah, someone complained about it somewhere in the comments and I checked it myself and it's true. Not stereo. Sellers don't even check.

It’s actually an amazing device for the price, but I must have true stereo.
I think all the TG speakers I bought after this were all mono because they only have one speaker driver.
So no subwoofer on sides. I still feel the vibration though.
Those are passive radiators on the side.

Depends on how much you're willing to spend. A budget speaker with decent bass would be Xdobo.

The TG129,163 and 157 are good in bass and loudness and build quality is perfect check them out on my channel

Just turn the speaker on. You will hear a start up sound than turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and wait for the name of the speaker to appear then connect to it.

I don't know if I fully understand your question, you asking about the built in microphone of the speaker?
The sound spectrum on these suck. It sounds like dankpods one gritted an old telephone and your listening to music being played through the phone.
This is like a copy of the JBL Flip speaker

No surprise there though because the TG 117 is much cheaper than the JBL Flip.

Yeah, I even sealed it up properly to make it air tight and not a movement from the passive radiators. Its just for show, no purpose.
@@TaylorSoloaiJR My friend bought a tg117 in 2019 and the passive radiators moves a lot, even my friend that had a flip 4 were surprised. Maybe yours is the first revision?
