some suggestions old friend... no promises.Way back in the dinosaur days a guy told me to always duct tape all saw lines both sides. As it eats motion/energy. Always when drilling, don't force your way thru, and have a solid backing spot where the hole pops thru. When using a grinder on an edge, always grind the length of the plexi.... not the width. The whole purpose of the paint WAS the stripes to match the bike, LOL! I bought the plexiglass on line, probably eBay. It's been a while, so I'm not 100% sure.

Ive seen it done with a propane torch. The guy would go till its almost liquid.
Looks good. I might have left the stripes off but that's just me. Where do you buy your Plexiglas?
